We stayed 4 days in this hotel with the family, we had a really good time, clean and comfortable rooms, warm and modern environment, probably the best Hotel bed I slept in, coffee maker in the room, kettle for water, fridge, and water with the possibility of refueling it for free. We also had breakfast and this also had a good choice of products, quality.
The staff really nice, nice and prepared, they always advised and helped us despite not speaking French.
It is not downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet, we returned with the girls a couple of nights late, but without any problems or strange encounters.
Within a 5-minute walk there are two metro stops, with which we reached in 10 minutes the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower. There are also shops and restaurants with great prices nearby.
We will return to Paris in the future and will definitely choose this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel with a pizza shop right opposite to it.One meal of the day is sorted for you.This comes as relief when you're travelling with a toddler and on energy saver mode :)

We really enjoyed our experience there. This hotel is a great option to stay in Paris , it is well located , near to the metro station.
I was there with my husband and the room got enough space for cases. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The guy from the desk helped us a lot, and gave us directions to tour the city.
It is not a luxurious hotel but comfortable, clean and convenient.

The room was really nice & the staff were friendly but the check in process wasn't he smoothest. The machines they need to take card payments with & register keys for rooms didn't seem the most reliable so took a while and the room I was in (302) got quite a bit of traffic noise, even at night which made it hard to sleep.

My second time to Paris, we were on a budget so the hotel was farther out from the main attractions. Didn’t like the distance it was away from everything. Bus stop and train station about 10 minute walk. Our first time in Paris we stayed in front of the Eiffel. I would have preferred to be closer. Hotel was a good size for 3 of us. Room was spacious and clean. The guy that checked us in was really nice, wish I would have got his name! (Younger male) WiFi worked great. Didn’t have the breakfast. It is a pretty nice hotel. A super market across the street about a two minute walk. There was a small fridge in our room. Overall decent stay, hotel is nice just farther than I would like. Just my preference.

Dear Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. We regret your point of view. Grand hotel's staff speaks at least perfectly english, and most of the time 4 languages. Receptionists are always available to help you in the best way possible during your stay. Reception is open 24h/7, and you can ask for special need you want just any time. Amanda, we are astoniched of your feedback. For the breakfast, It's possible to heat any ingredients you want, like milk, bred, creps and pancakes. you just have to ask for it. Also, Grand hotel de Clichy has bigger rooms compared to most of the concurrents hotels in the neighborhood. Parisians hotels have most of the time 10 square meters room size which is not our case. I travelled with my husband and two friends. We had interconnecting rooms, one was mean't for children and little smaller but both rooms had its own bathroom so we enjoyed a nice stay. We had a main entry door and a small hallway with the two bedroom doors off to both sides. We had tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was provided upon payment at the hotel but we had breakfast out with our daughter who lives in Paris. Breakfast did look enough to eat if you didn't want any cooked foods. The reception staff were extremely helpful no matter what time day or night. We were able to use a iron and iron board in our room. Didn't notice too much noise at night. Rooms were clean and bathrooms up to date. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We used the Met, taxis and our feet for transport.

We booked our stay few months in advance so we don’t pay higher price! It was spacious for 3 adult and 1 kid for two connected rooms! I can come back to this hotel if given a chance the new staff was more friendly!

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of the Ryder cup when all of Paris was almost fully booked. The hotel is outside the centre of Paris in Clichy, however the hotel is a 5/10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which can get you into Paris in around 10/15 minutes at a cost of 1 euro 90. The hotel itself is modern, clean and the bedroom was very spacious by usual Paris standards. I particularly liked the layout of the room, which had space for wardrobe, tea/coffee station, chair/writing desk and spacious bathroom with walk in shower/wet room. We slept very well for the 4 nights we stayed, the hotel is quiet. Room had a safe (not fixed though) and air conditioning. The location of Clichy is quiet but has some nice bars and restaurants all within strolling distance. The hotel guide details some local restaurants which are worth trying. All staff were very helpful and pleasant, towels changes daily and bedroom made for our return in the evenings. The breakfast (which was additional cost of 12 euros pp) was nice and consisted of breads, pastries, fruit pots, fresh fruit yogurts, hams, cheeses etc. I liked that you could squeeze your own fresh oranges. Tea/coffee was good. We only had breakfast on one day as we weren't particularly hungry after dinners from the evening before. We nipped into the boulangerie on some mornings for hot coffee/baguette on way into Paris. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend and return in the future.

As notices, even if the hotel is not situated in the heart of Paris, you can reach easily and quickly the main monuments and musuems (with the metro line 13 and lot of buses). We are really concern by the quality of our rooms, which are larger than usually for a city like Paris. Small attentions are also important for us : tea-coffee facilities, newpapers, large wardrobes, biological products (soap, shower gel and shampoo)… As the beds are important for a good stay, Buffet breakfast has to be taken in count ; this is why we propose you some fresh and bio products, offering several types of cereals, breads, pastries, yoghourts, ham and cheeses, fresh fruits and so on… We take pleasure by recommanding some restaurants, bars or touristic sites. Making your stay unforgettable is our main trip and we are really pleased to know that we succeed to do it . Awaiting to welcome you back with always the same pleasure ! Spent two nights in this charming 3* hotel. Loved the open style "lobby" with communal seating, great food and drinks. Just a fun, cool, friendly, warm and welcoming place. Staff universally friendly and charming. Room: excellent. Simple - decent wifi, big TV, comfy bed, decent shower. I stay in 5* hotels all over the world and would say Grand Hotel is absolutely brilliant. Good neighbourhood - decent bars, restaurants and stores etc. Overall: just fun! Two (very) small things: a) there is some massive construction going on somewhere so the entire street shakes from time to time and b) some other intl TV channels would be nice - CNN is the only one available, but my French did improve! it is really easy From Gare du Nord train station, you will have two nices options:
The first one is to take the Bus 54 and stop at Mairie de Clichy.
The second one is to take the line bleu till Place the Clichy then take line 13 (Direction Les Courtilles) until Maire de Clichy.
Gare du Nord To Grand Hôtel Clichy is about 20 min maximum.
