A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again. The aircondition doesn't stop working when you take the card out of the slot but it does when you open the window or when the temperature in the room reaches the temperature you have chosen. Hotel Campanile Paris Clichy Centre is a very nice place, tucked away just outside the Île-de-Paris and is very easy to get there by taxi, metro or the bus. The hotel is affordable and the service is fantastic - the staff are all lovely and make you feel very comfortable. There are a variety of choices for breakfast, which is very helpful and everything is well presented. The location is good for me because I can move around swiftly and get a few ncessary items from a nearby supermarket or visit the metro in about 5 minutes' walk. I definitely recommend this hotel and intend to return on my next visit to Paris, hopefully very soon! Thank you to the staff at the Capanile Paris Clichy Centre for my lovely stay!

The hotel is very conveniently located in Clichy very near the metro station for going to the centre and for changing to the train to visit Versailles. The room was very spacious as we were given the disabled accessible room but in general the hotel is spacious for Paris standards. The best thing about the hotel are the friendly and extremely helpful staff who take so much pride in their hotel and giving you a great experience. Also this is the only time it has been worth getting a breakfast in a paris hotel - I strongly recommend it. Great value for money and very cheerful!

Perfect. Excellent service. I just want the management to aknowledge Marina and Ramata, front desk officers, who were friendly, helpful and VERY welcoming !!! I believe that a great welcoming is key and you rarely do a second impression. Ramata and Marina were amazing. Room was clean Friendly staff Great hotel close to Metro Simply perfect.

Decent hotel at a fair price. Staff were very nice especially the woman on reception. Area is ok in the day . A bit sketchy in the night but not as bad as a lot of other areas in Paris, getting the train back at night made me realise Paris has got major problems . I would stay here again if I had to come to Paris again .

Really cozy hotel. We went for our honeymoon and we felt like Parisien as the area is not touristic. The staff is really polite and helpful. Marina will help you with everything you need to know about Paris. Very clean place with very good wifi. We could also see the light of Aifel's tower at night!

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The room, on the 4th floor, was quiet and very clean, and an interesting view. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is sited on a pedestrian street, so no traffic noises can be heard. Bus stations, and the metro line 13 are very close to the hotel. Overall I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

I am a bit late in writing my review, however I have stayed at this hotel twice now! Once in 2020 and once in 2019. All i can say is the stay was exceptional! The staff are ever so kind and helpful especially Cedric and Angelique (Sorry if i have spelt your names incorrectly!). My first time staying there was when it was newly opened. On both occasions the rooms were very clean and well looked after. The second time I visited they had built a sitting/eating area similar to a conservatory which was lovely to sit in in the evening and have a mocktail! The location itself is nice, not too far from the city centre by train (the nearest train /metro station is a very short walk from the hotel). On the weekend there is a lovely market right outside the hotel, stalls selling clothing, household goods and a covered food market! I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit Paris!…

Me and my partner were booked to stay at Campanile Clichy over New Year. When our flights were cancelled leaving us no other way of getting to Paris for our stay the Campanile team were helpful straight from the off, refunding our booking within a day!! Great work Campanile Clichy, you’ve left a great impression and we will gladly book again for this great customer service!!
