We were in Paris for my daughters 18th birthday it was our first time in Paris . I was nervous about my hotel booking as I had heard a few things about Paris and areas just outside like clichy not being safe . I can honestly say this is totally not true clichy is so safe and lovely the hotel is clean the rooms are on the small side but we were very happy with ours and there was 4 of us in it . The breakfast is yummy nothing hot but a great selection we loved it . But the star of the show is the staff so friendly can’t do enough for you . We loved Paris and loved this hotel and area would definitely stay here again thank you ibis styles clichy

The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Rooms were clean and we had fresh towels every day. Breakfast was plenty and delicious, the coffee machine was great too. The free candy bar, free water/lemonade and pastries was a nice added bonus. The Metro station was close and it wasn't far to get to all the attractions. Will definitely come back again when we visit Paris.

All the hotel staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful most spoke very good English or understood our poor French. Breakfast selection was good and the rooms were kept clean with fresh towels daily. The location is quiet but there are some very good bars and restaurants nearby. The metro station and. Supermarket are close by. We would definitely recommend to others to stop there when visiting Paris on a budget. We got a taxi from Charles du Gaulle Airport and it was 55 Euros flat fee and 63 euros when we returned which we felt was good value as there were 4 of us

Brilliant location with very easy access to public transport, restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Sylvain in particular was excellent with very good communication, very warm and friendly. Very clean cosy rooms !! Overall a good stay ! Thanks very much

Sylviain, the manager made all the difference and made our stay a 5 star one - as did all the lovely staff which makes this a 5 star hotel for us! Easy to find, great secure parking( with EV charging) and close to metro and all amenities including some restaurants. What more would you want! Our choice for a Paris stay thanks again to the team for making a difference ( and a great breakfast to boot)!

Hotel staff were nice. Good breakfast. Rooms are bit small and tight. We took 1 bed and 2 bed rooms and both were of same size (small). Metro station is nearby 2min walk. Hotel location is inside street and outside is not so great

Great stay at the hotel. Convenient location within a short walk of metro. Very friendly staff, on hand for anything you needed. Good selection of food at breakfast. Yea and coffee station in reception was a nice touch.

We reserved a few months before so the price for the period (1st -2nd January) was much lower. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, the area seems peaceful and clean, subway is 3 min away by walk and the hotel has their own paid parking but also you can find another paid parking nearby. Room was decently sized, clean, plenty towels, great beds ( 2 adults+2kids on 2 double beds), breakfast was delicious and plenty choices even with Covid, very friendly staff, very kind. All in all, we will definitely go back should we go again to Paris.

Dirty place...I won't set foot in it ever again. I arrive at the hotel and as soon as I enter the room I had booked I can feel a distinct smell of carpet not cleaned for ages (something resembling a strong smell of feet) I ask to change room...I am assigned another one...the problem is that it hadn't really been cleaned either: I found a pillow with make-up marks (yes...while we are asked by authorities to wear a face mask everywhere, this hotel did not change pillows between one stay and the other) plus multiple pieces of furniture were visibly dirty Next room...cigarette smell Next room...WC not clean Fifth room: this one is ok but, adding insult to injury, the morning after my check-in I am asked to vacate it, because it was destined to another guest. I hope that Ibis makes a thorough check to ascertain that this franchisee respects the hygiene standards of the chain and that health authorities make a visit too. PS: make sure all staff speak proper English. Paris is an international city, language skills are expected.…

Very good location quite adjacent to the metro. Extra polite staff. Very comfortable beds. Reasonable costs. Breakfast could be better. The corridor carpet definitely needs a good cleaning. Bedside tables quite tiny. No sockets near the bed to plug in our chargers. Limited parking space. Better reserve in advance.
