The place is nice the apartments is quite and has all needed. Unfortunately the service is not the best and could be improved. Overall is a good place that I recommend to who want have a nice stay in Paris in a reasonable le price.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a 2 bedroom apartment which was really nice and big. It was very spacious and had pretty much everything you needed. A good kitchen and lounge room and good sized rooms. The other room was just a normal room with a double bed. The hotel is nice and the staff where nice and friendly and spoke good english. The only thing i can say negatively about this hotel is that if you stay more then 2 nights they will not clean your room for you which was a big let down. When we asked why our rooms where not being cleaned after the second day they said we would have to pay extra for that as its not included :( We had to ask daily for fresh towels and toilet paper which was quiet annoying. On the 3rd night the fire alarm went off and as everyone panicked and rushed down stairs to the lobby we where told that someone was cooking in their apartment and as the smoke detectors are sensitive they went off. Gave us a good scare but anyways across the rd is a good bakery which makes delicious sandwiches and rolls and good pastries. This area is good for anyone looking to stay where there is a lot of halal restaurants. We had amazing italian food at le napoli, there is a good turkish restaurant up the rd and a good halal french restaurant all within walking distance.

Just arrived. 5 night stay. We asked for extra pillow and no pillows available. Thermostat in the room is not adjustable and locked so that can be another problem especially during winter time. Nice and clean place, but no pillow or heating?

From the photos everything looks good.
As soon as you come in, it smells bad. The room was dirty, cleaning is not carried out. If you want to clean it costs 20€. It is definitely not recommended, unless you are dirty people who love dirt.🤷🏼♂️

Great hotel.. very clean rooms and very near to metro station. Under budget big rooms we stayed there for 5 days and had absolutely no issues. We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Great surroundings and very accessible via bus route to all the attractions.

The hotel is not very well located but the room I stayed in was large enough for two. The breakfast could be better, but it is ok for 8 euros.
Unfortunately the staff is the great weakness of this hotel.
Even before I traveled to Paris, I sent an e-mail regarding some deliveries that would arrive (before and during my stay) under my name, and a person from reception answered the e-mail saying it was ok and they would keep it for me.
For my surprise, two of the three packages were refused by the hotel without any convincing reason. This caused me so many troubles that I lost two days trying to find my packages throughout Paris' and neighboor cities mail agencies. I had to spend money with taxis and the hotel could not care less about a problem they created.
In the end, I could recover only one product and the other I will try to cancell and have a refund. If not possible, the amateur staff will make me loose around 120 euros.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Just to finish, the day we were leaving, a very unpleasant boy from reception stoped us from having breakfast. He argued it was not possible and we would have to pay. When he finally checked the system, he realised this was a mistake and we have payed for the breakfast since the first day.
Not happy with this, he started mocking us and acting in a very disrespectful way, showing the true values of this hotel chain. I took a picture of his face and he got angry because he knows I will send an e-mail to his superior (if there is actually someone in charge of that mess!).

Just to let to you know that the hotel service is extremely poor. I had stay in your hotel last year and all was ok.
This year its more or less disaster. We received worst service ever from your housekeeping and his attitude.
We have requested cleaning in our room but only towels were changed after 3 days and my partner needed to empty bins etc after the housekeeping "cleaning". Then housekeeper reminded himself to get a tip for work which he clearly has not done! He left room floor absolutely filthy and disgusting. Moreover I have noticed yesterday that some money has gone missing from my suitcase (circa £150 pounds) so I am really disappointed as I have used the Hotel previously and enjoyed my stay. We didnt check it at the hotel because we still been spending euros in Paris.
Also reception has little understanding of English and no skills/knowledge to promote or signpost the local services or tourist spots. We were not informed at the hotel when approached reception that the place we want to go to is not open on Mondays! (what a waist of journey) Hotel management are ignorant, AVOID

Dear Maciek, Thank you for taking time to share your opinion. I regret we were not able to discuss on the spot before your departure. As said by telephone and by e-mail the week of April 21st, please accept our apologize if the quality of the household did not suit you. There is a premises trash can in free access near the entrance of the Parking. We are an aparthotel with the possibility given to our customers to live as at the house and to organize their stay at their pace. It is not in our mind to mislead our guest.The Reception is 24 hours opened and is available to help you in your choices of visits on Paris. All the Team speaks English and did not change since your first stay. Finally, I regret I cannot follow up your allegations of theft 4 days after your check out. My staff and I are focus on giving every customer the feeling of a very pleasant stay. This is the only goal we want to achieve every single day. Thanking you for your understanding. Désiré D.

Good size studio (I had a regular double studio), noisy if facing the street but with the window closed, it is not as noticeable. Very clean, spotless, nice and helpful staff. Kitchen space had the minimum cutlery and dishes you will need, and includes a medium-size fridge and a microwave oven, as well as dishwater liquid. No oil or condiments, only one kitchen towel, Less than 10-minute walk to Clichy-Levallois train station, 15-20 minute walk to the So Ouest commercial center and a mere few minutes to several supermarkets. There is no free cleaning service from the maids but you can take the garbage out yourself to a designated space for that purpose. Air conditionner is a big plus in the summer. There is however, a bad point, several people reported here getting flea bites in that establishment, and unfortunately, I got them too. It is because they receive dogs, whose owners don't protect their pets with special anti-flea treatments or collars. Perhaps when people check in with their dogs, the reception staff could check for the anti-flea collar or ask the dog owners to show that they have their anti-flea treatment with them. Also, the area is not that great but it borders the chic Levallois district. Even if it's in Zone 2 Paris, you can get quickly to tourist spots such as the Louvre Museum. In conclusion, I am gladly recommending this hotel.

You get bedding, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and a bath mat but these aren’t changed if you’re there for less than 8 nights.
There is a self-service laundry on the ground floor near the lifts.

It is very close to Paris, it takes 25 minutes with the metro to got to Paris city centre. Buy the week train ticket, it s very economic for all zones around Paris. Book a shuttle from the airport to take you to the Adagio. There are quite a few grocery stores, pharmacy and food outlets very close by as well as restaurants and bars. It is a good place to stay
