The hotel is located a few minutes walking from the metro 13 line, so you can reach the city center fairly easily (pay attention that the metro line splits in two before Porte the Clichy). Our room was on the 7th floor, and spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was also spacious enough. The room could use some more dusting on some places, as well as the bathroom. We were only given two towels, so we had to make that work between baths and hand washing and hair drying.
The staff was nice and there was a breakfast option that we didn't take. It is an Ibis hotel so the standards seem to match other Ibis hotels. The price was quite fair in comparison to other accomodations in Paris, that tend to be expensive.
The area has the recently renovated Tribunal de Paris, so we saw policeman every day but it was also an area with a lot of car traffic. It didn't bother us at night but have that in mind if you're a light sleeper.
The price-location relation made it a good choice for us, since it wasn't booked with many weeks in advance and the prices were already too high (Paris is indeed a very, very expensive city when it comes to accomodation).

Very nice hotel, well connected despite being far away; nearby metro and train station. Good breakfast and at night you can order pizza in the same hotel, which are very delicious and at a good price. Cleanliness and friendliness of its employees.

Despite being a bit worn out, this hotel offers a welcoming stay thanks to its reception and breakfast team. They go above and beyond to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would recommand for a weekend out in Paris!

First of all I have to admit this was very last minute booking (Sunday booking, arriving Monday evening), so I understand circumstances, but still hotel was in very bad shape (elevators look like from 80s movie). I arrived to locked hotel with no staff at reception, where receptionist barely spoke English. I was too tired after delayed flights to complain, but beddings in my room was dirty, whole room smelled cigarettes and towels had holes in them. Breakfast was one big joke - you imagine Paris having this spectacular food - well not in Ibis Clichy! You have few cold crepes, some canned fruits, old pantry. Area is not very safe. Check out was cherry on the top, when they have my invoice to my colleague, instead of me (I guess GDPR says nothing here). I'd rather pay more next time visiting Paris offices than staying in this hotel.

Hotel Ibis Porte de Clichy Center (15 Boulevard Victor Hugo, Paris)
It is a hotel classified as three stars, but I think that with two it would be better classified, located very far from the historic center of Paris, very close to highways with a lot of traffic. The Hotel itself is small in all its infrastructure, small lobby, small dining room.
Regarding the rooms, they are very small, the bathroom looks like a cruise ship bathroom because of how small it is, the room does not have a safe or a minibar, in addition the room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work, the window could be opened but the Traffic noise is unbearable, another strange thing is that they do not provide face towels, only bath towels and these are not very large, for very tall and slightly more obese people they would have difficulty drying themselves with such a small towel. Needless to say, the carpet in the room was full of stains.
Regarding the buffet breakfast with little variety and with processed, non-natural fruit juices, a negative aspect of the breakfast is that there is no individual bread, the baguettes have to be cut and brought to your table, not everyone placed a paper napkin on it to take this community bread, what is worrying in this case is the lack of hygiene that this produces, in addition the butter is also shared, there are no individual packages like in other hotels, it is good to save but not on breakfasts because of how unhygienic it is. this is.
Regarding whether I would return to this hotel, in no way, I think that for the same price or adding a few more euros we can find other hotels in Paris and much better located.

Honestly, book anywhere else if you are planning to stay anymore than a night between flights.
I’m an Accor member and I always try to stay in Accor hotels where available. A friend of ours recommended Porte de Clichy so we chose the Ibis due to its close proximity to the train station. That’s where the benefits end unfortunately.
The problems started at check in where we were left standing at the front door waiting to be let inside for over 10 mins and it was only 6:00pm. After many many doorbell rings the staff member finally appeared with no apology. All staff members continued throughout our stay to be completely uninterested and even when we asked for a glass of ice, the employee directed my partner to an unstaffed and empty bar - less than a meter away. Could they not just get it for him? Very uncharacteristic of Accor staff.
The room was awful. The paper thin mattress was covered in a plastic sanitary cover so for our entire stay we were sleeping in a pool of our own sweat.
The shower sporadically alternated between the selected temperature and scolding hot.
There was also stains on just about every surface.
It was also way too small for anyone with checked luggage to practically store and access their bags.
Just book somewhere else. Unless you are happy to pay hotel prices for hostel quality.

Room 120 smells really bad. Maybe because of the carpets, they tryed to spray it but it still smeled of dirty feet.
Cleaning, not that good, black short hain was in the shower and on the sink. In those nice places you look when you brush yout teeth.
When you flush the toilet, it is tricky because there is no wather or there is not so much wather. So be carefull what you do! ;)
Night time receptionist was rude and seem bothered that he had to open the door to us, but we found out that it was the way was talkinkg. maybe!
If you have small children, I mean 5 and 4 year old and they are running in the garden at 9 AM on a monday, working day, stop them because they are disturbing the guests and neighbors. This was said to us on a monday morning by the head receptionist.
Buy water from other places because they don t have it in the reception.
Breakfast was ok, and the position of the hotel.

We spent 2 days in this hotel, when we arrived we took a long time to make the chekin, the employees did not clarify even argued among themselves. Once in the rooms, many were missing towels, which was repeated the next day.
The very narrow and small room and extremely small bathroom, you almost can not unwind.
The right breakfast, but with little variety.

Our stay was awful; we were never able to sleep due to the heat in the room. if you open the window, the noise is unbearable
We asked the reception to make the ventilation NOT hot but they told us that it is impossible.
Sunday morning, before 7am the fire alarm went off by mistake... for twenty minutes we were stuck in the room without the reception responding.

I took a group of US teenagers and (some) of their parents on a trip to England and France. The company we went through booked this hotel for us. The whole group was pleasantly surprised with the entire hotel. The staff, especially the Manager, Pavel, were very helpful. The rooms were clean and decent sized (very reminiscent of a cruise ship cabin). The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The location is close to a metro station for your convenience. There is a farmacia next door as well as several delicious restaurants within walking distance! For a "budget" hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised.
