I have stayed there for one night in Paris. The hotel is located around 7 kms away from city center and takes around 30 mins in metro and almost 1 hour via bus to reach the eiffel tower area.
Now, rooms in the hotel is super small and crampy which I can understand from the price point of view. Elevator is occupied mostly in the whole morning time and every client has to take stairs. There is no dedicated restaurant inside the hotel. The receptionists are super friendly and nice.
In one word, it is a average budget hotel. Only relavent for travellers who has short of money to spend.

Small room, doubtful housekeeping: pay found under the bed, dust not cleaned, toilet flushing not working very well.
On the other hand, the staff is pleasant and the SPA is great.
I suggest providing bathrobes when it comes to going to the SPA.

That it wasn’t my mistake!!
The room is really small. There is barely enough room for the bed and to move around. As for the toilets, I wonder how large people can get in there…
But in a pinch, it was still okay for one night.
The fundamental problem with this hotel is sound insulation. The walls are made of cardboard. We hear everything the neighbors do.
As for those on the upper floor, we can hear their footsteps. So if you are lucky enough, like me, to have an insomniac neighbor, this also promises you great insomnia in turn, especially since the automatic front door makes a loud noise when it closes.
How to justify the price of €180? We wonder...: Olympic effect perhaps.
The only positive point: the night watchman was efficient and friendly.
I will never repeat the experience in this establishment. For sure !

No compensation was offered thus why it has taken so long for me to write this.
All that aside, what really did it for me was the lack of cleanliness, which is my #1 trait I look for in a room. The sheets were not changed daily, and even after the room was serviced there was still hair on the bathroom floor, sink, shower, etc. The toilet wouldn't even flush all the way! When we reported that to the front desk, they laughed and said that's because the toilet paper wasn't very good quality. Ummm....then maybe buy better toilet paper so that we don't have to live in our own filth!? Not sure why that's a laughing matter, either...it's disgusting. Even the hot tub in the basement (they call it a "wellness room"....it's a basement) was mildewy and the water wasn't even that hot! Not so sure about the hygiene there.
All in all, it's okay value in an okay location (if the trains are working, which they weren't when we were there due to the strikes) and the rooms are cute and colorful, but if you're like me and prioritize cleanliness, I'd look elsewhere.

I called multiple times to warn them but they were unable to translate. I asked my company travel agent to contact them.
Their response was 'you must've been bitten somewhere else because you didn't say anything at 9am checkout'. This is despite my colleague also being bitten, photograpic evidence and confirmation from a Drs that these were bedbug bites which often don't appear until 24-28 hours after being bitten and not everyone reacts to them
As a result I had to boil my clothing and ruined £350 worth of clothes
I would recommend staying anywhere but here.
My expectation wasn't so high, due to rumors about that neighborhood.
Despite tgat, when we got there, we were very pleased by everything.
Honestly the room wasn't that big, but it was cosy and clean.
The bed was super comfortable.
The breakfast was generous and tasty . All the products looked fresh.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
