This is the worst Ihg hotel EVER, I booked 5 night stay in voco hotel and it was my birthday at that time and i wanna enjoy and celebrate my birthday, I booked a cozy room with a balcony, i even informed IHG about it, when i arrived in the hotel they check me in and i noticed this is not the room i booked so i immediately went back to reception and informed them that this is not what i book and they kept on tell me that's what you book for a regular room so i given them my reservation and they change my book without even saying sorry. So i went to the new room and the bedsheet dirty and i took a picture and i when down again. So i need to be transfer again to a different room they give me a new room i when to the new room and unfortunately the air-conditioning is not working so need to move again they given me another room but theirs no available room anymore so they given me a room that has no Ac no air coming in the room and they just given me a fan, I informed them that i have a severe asthma and i can't stay in this room but i will try it, on the second day i said i wanna transfer to a room that has good AC but again they reason out that the Ac is working properly but its not cold okay i told them okay i will try again and on my 3rd day my asthma attacks in the middle of the night so i email the hotel i am having asthma attack and i need a different room asap this is 2am. No response from them so i when down in the more and yet they can't find a room that has a good ac with the same reason. So i informed the can i transfer to a different hotel cause i am having hard time in this hotel and you guys ruin my birthday on my 4th day that day only margo approach me and i vent out my disappointment i asked for a refund with the full stay cause its so unfair. They put the amenities that is not there and they don't give me the room category that what i booked for so i demand a full refund on my stay and until not the incidental deposit is not yet released i need to chase I check out properly and they didn't cancel my pre-auth, Its really a mess. I will file a legal complaint about this hotel, PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.IHG need to look it to this hotel cause they ruining IHG reputation. This hotel is so disgusting and ridiculous…

Situated around two miles from the centre of Paris. Secure underground parking for vehicles under 1.9m tall, however charge is 24 Euros per day. There are several charging points. Hotel recently rebranded and refurbished, so in good order throughout. There were three in our party - two adults, one child on a sofa bed, more than enough room. Breakfast is ridiculously priced at 22 euros per person, so book the all in rate if you’re intending to have breakfast at the hotel. Or get a taxi to a cafe on the Champs Elysees where it’s cheaper (including the taxi!). We found bar staff rude and unaccommodating, we attempted to sit down to have a drink on the sofa and were ushered to an upright table so we didn’t bother. As a point of note the restaurant was empty on both nights. Reception however were very helpful. 3/5 as was 4/5 without the ignorant bar service 5/5 without the above and less stupid breakfast charges.…

We arrived at midday. The gentleman at reception, Isreal, informed us that chck-in is at 3pm. Within minutes our rooms were ready. We had teenage children and were given adjoining rooms with interconnecting doors which was brilliant. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were super comfy. Staff were friendly and courteous especially Isreal. He gave us lots of useful information about public transport and best ways to get around Paris. Would highly recommend this hotel and will re-book when next visiting Paris.

Clean, nice room and comfortable bed, and location pretty good for the Metro into the centre. Communication by the staff wasn't great. Had to wait nearly an hour to check in after the stated check in time and was told I'd be updated when the room was ready - which they forgot. I had emailed pre arrival to ask for directions from the airport by public transport - response was to take a taxi. When i asked again, the reply only arrived two days into my stay, which was pointless. In person the staff are pleasant but something is amiss with follow up and communication

Dear Despinakis, First of all, thank you for taking your time and share your experience. We are sorry to hear that our service and facilities did not entirely meet your expectations. As you can see everywhere (online and on the spot) our hotel is non smoking and the only area to smoke is outside. You smoked in the room, the fine for smoking in the room is 150€. When you left the hotel, we had to block the room for a night for cleaning and removing the smell for the next guest. We should have charged you 150€ more per night blocked due to the smell but we haven't. We have newly refurbished our rooms and we are expecting for every person to respect our property. 1. I booked for Premium Room, which was not provided to me, when checked with front desk staff mentioned that part of the hotel is under renovation, moreover room which was provided as a replacement was not at par to the room which I booked and shown in pictures. Ideally, customer should be compensated in this case. 2. IHG should have transparency to state during booking itself, if property is undergoing major renovation. 3. Few of the common areas, which were there in pics, were also closed due to renovation. 4. No kitchen services during night, while it is very important to have that as most of the tourists who stays usually comes back tired in night along with kids and then if hotel is completely dependent on food from outside, it is definitely a problem. Therefore, based on above I would not rate this stay upto IHG standards and it definitely needs big improvement. Sorry to say, but not been a good experience of stay :(…

Unfortunately not an IHG hotel experience staying in this property. Being an IHG members since years this was the most awful experience. The hotel is under renovation which was not informed prior to the booking, I only got to know when I checked into the hotel. 1- The room which I booked was a premium room as shown in the website, but to my surprise when the room which was given was not a premium room. After raising this concern with front desk I was informed that the hotel is under renovation , the room shown in the picture is not available. 2- Expecting an Omelets in breakfast is not a big thing, but I was informed that I can only have something from Buffet. This was on 16th April Sunday and I was not late for the breakfast, well in time. 3- After a long day being with kids we decided to have dinner at the hotel. To my surprise I was told that in the restaurant they only have some snacks available. I again went to front desk and they suggested ordering food from outside. If you are not fully functional then you shouldn't be taking bookings during the renovation period. You have no right to spoil someone's vacation plan that too when you are accompanying with kids.…

This property is within walking distance of the subway system. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. The staff was super nice and accommodating. If I'm ever back in this area I would stay here again.
