Scam! Took my 200 euro deposit and no return sleeping the night here but they took a 200 euro deposit on the first day and did not return it despite being told that the apartment was left in immaculate condition on departure. The lady on reception was rude and not helpful atall, you have to take your bins down on the last day, considering they pay someone to clean the apartments and they cannot take their own rubbish down is beyond me.

The appartement was fully equipped with kitchen, plates and cutlery, toaster, Nespresso machine and the reception was most kind and they were really accommodating. The appartement was really lovely and good for a stay with family with small children. The appartement is very near the metro and the bus 54, and it takes you only 15 minutes away to the city center of Paris. Supermarkets and Boulangeries are directly downstairs and it's soo convenient situated. The appartement is built in 2015 and very clean. I would love to live there!

Les Appartements proved to be one of the most unethical and unhelpful companies I've ever come across. I made reservations in December for a four-night stay in July. I received an email that requested that I communicate directly with them and that I could cancel up to one month in advance and receive a full refund. Because of COVID 19, my travel plans had to change. My flights were canceled. In early March, I communicated all of this to Les Appartements and requested a refund. I heard nothing from them. Between March and July, I sent seven messages (the third-party company I made my reservations through tried to reach them at least four times). Neither of us heard anything from them...and still haven't. They charged me $800, and they weren't even open during the dates of my reservation!!! I would be very cautious about making a reservation with such a company and such incredibly poor customer service.…

Wonderful retreat from the big city. Fit accommodations for 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Spotless and spacious with modern decor — the bathroom rain shower was exquisite! Plus, we had a lovely night sleep. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

My wife and me have been there several times, but this will be the last. Too bad experience from 21 to 27 February. Check-in The employee kept us waiting in the corridor for a while without chair, water … not friendly at all Wi-Fi Wifi was not accessible. All boxes have been redistributed so that ID’s and password’s are not matching, nobody informs you about this, you need to go back to the reception. Hot water Second day morning, no hot water. We called several the “emergency number” NO respond. We called the other number indicated in the documentation available in the room, it is a voice mailbox which is full… We had to wait till someone from the hotel showed up to get hot water. Water basin I indicated, the second day, that the siphon is clogged (why the cleaning staff does not notice the same?) It took 6 hours for the agent to come and try to check the siphon. It was still clogged when we checked out 5 days later Heating Heating was not working during our stay. The boiler was tripping every hour! But clients do not have access to the boiler as it is locked in a special cabinet. No technician showed up, only the watchman. General Cleaning/aspect Black fungi striped in the shower Paint peeling on the door of the bathroom Illumination/light in the main room insufficient, it is too dark Carpets in the common area extremely dirty Conclusion looks that the owner of the “apartments de Clichy” is not interested to maintain properly the assets, to keep service available 24/7. Therefore, equipements are not working properly anymore and the general aspect is dirty/oldish. No I do not recommend this place anymore. It is far overpriced: we paid a bit more than 900 Euro for 6 nights. This is too much considering the situation and quality of the services.…

Very welcoming quick check in. Metro near by. Restaurant in front of hotel. Store next door with all you need. Lots of space for 4 people. Would stay here again. A bit north from all the attractions if you are there to tour. Like 15 minutes

Check-in was fast & easy, but when I got to my Studio apartment, it was really dirty and in a mess. Went back down to complain, only to find out that the apartment 401 was undergoing construction, which has ended a few days earlier, but the housekeeping team was not aware of it. They put me up for the night at 602 (a one-bedroom apartment), giving the impression that they were giving me a free upgrade for the mistake. I wasn't told that it was just for the night and I would have to move back to the Studio the next day when it is ready. I only found out later in the night when I requested for the missing iron in the room. Had to make sure I returned by 12pm to move my things from 602 to 301 (back to studio apartment), so that was quite a hassle as I couldn't settle in on my first night. However, the rest of the stay was good. The supermarket is just next door (Intermarche) with Halal meat available, patisseries selling delicious pastries right across the road, a beautiful park in front, & walking distance to the Metro (Marie de Clichy). It is in a nice and lovely French neighbourhood. Room was equipped with kitchenette, washer (no dryer) and dishwasher. They request that you clear the trash and put away all cutleries in the dishwasher before you check out. No toiletries provided. Studio apartment is just nice for two, but with two big luggages, space can be an issue. No problems sleeping on the sofa bed. The people manning the reception counter were friendly and speak English.…

Well I booked this for 4 adults, includes my parents aged 60-70, and me and my brother age 30-35. We arrived late at 11, as we missed our train from Geneva. so had to catch next train. But Benjamin (receptionist) was there. Mostly you will find someone till 11:30 PM on ground floor reception area , towards left. It takes some 20-25 mins by taxi (as we had luggage) at 9.30PM from Gare du Lyon station. Fare was 30-33 euros. Taxi driver, Marco, was kind enough to find us the apartment, its on main street though, next to some cafe. Apartment was equipped with most of amenities mentioned. Using induction was little challenging to us, as instructions were not found and its operation was not the same as other induction cook tops. Washing machine was there. TV, Fridge was there. Had made bookings via Booking.com.…

I booked this because I needed an apartment for my family (my wife and my baby). When I booked, they published that they have a dryer. However, when I checked in I found out that the dryer is in the cleaners room in ground floor. My room was 502, which was in 5th floor. Ouch! Also they told me to empty the bins. Hence, I had to bring down my garbage all the way to the ground floor to dump in to a bigger garbage bin (I might have breached my visa condition where I have no right to work as a visitor). They do not even provide laundry powder for the washing machine and I had to buy them. No water bottles, espresso capsules and sugar on daily basis. The washing machine instructions are in italian, no English. There was a lady, who stopped me putting my clothes in to the dryer saying that the cleaners room is prohibited for visitors and I have no right to use the dryer. I explained and showed her the advert which demonstrated the dryer. Then I even lodged a complain to agoda where I did the booking. However, I did not get what I wanted. Hence, please be very careful when you do the booking. This apartment has lied on their advertisement in agoda. I have never been to an apartment/hotel like this one. It does not deserve 4 stars for sure. It’s time for french authorities to investigate how they got 4 stars. …

I chose Les Apartments because the last hotel we stayed at in Paris was the smallest most uncomfortable room I had ever been in. This apartment gave us some space and a kitchenette. We stayed in a one bedroom. The good: Short walk to Metro Friendly and helpful staff Clean and updated room Nice bathroom with great shower Grocery store, pastry shop and restaurant steps away Beautiful park across the street where you can have drinks and relax You get to experience a real French neighborhood The bad: Road noise and you can hear people drinking at night. It can be fun if you re one of them. You need to take the Metro to do anything touristy. This metro is EXTREMELY crowded - but it’s convenient and cheap. It you are willing to stay outside the city it is a great option.
