Friendly doormen and front desk staff, real newspapers, a Lucious room with great linens and robes welcome the weary traveler. As a member of their travel club you also can earn points for treats in their mini bar to raid late in the evening. I enjoy their daily happy hour and this time even a guitarist was entertaining us. After...

My room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great - lots of water pressure. $10 mini bar credit came in handy. Location is great. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant is closed and when I checked in at 9:50pm I was told that room service closed at 10pm. The nice room service waiter brought me a menu and got...

This was a very nice hotel. We liked the two-room suite feel. There was a curtain to separate the bedroom from the living room. They had wine tasting in the afternoon. The staff was very nice. I loved the lotion they provided in the bathroom. I loved it so much so that I have purchased it twice since we've been...

Great location to walk to art museum, market and shops. Lobby with fireplace is warm and inviting. Rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Decor is pleasing, and appreciate the boutique style rather than large chain hotels.

This was my 2nd stay at this facility and everything was excellent from the service to decor and cleanliness. I will definitely stay here on future visits to Seattle. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to many sites.

I am not sure why a hotel would think it is ok to charge guest regular prices when we can't sleep from all the noise of construction crew working late into the night. That's just bad karma. The location is great and very central.

It was my first experience to try a pet friendly hotel ever since I got my puppy. I was soo amazed at the quality of the hotel, the friendly service of the staffs and the exceptional personal help from the valet parking when I left my pooch belongings in the car. This hotel has reached above the 5 stars hotels...

Probably the most beautiful stylish room I have stayed in!! Very polite and attentive staff at reception! Free wine tasting from 5 to 6PM. Coffee maker in room. Lobby and all public areas very pleasant. Cons: currently restaurant is under construction => you have to eat out side or use in room dining => I tried breakfast, was good but...

We were lucky enough to stay in this hotel for a business trip - I can honestly say I would pay to stay here myself if I'm in Seattle for leisure. This place was gorgeous - the rooms are beautiful, the lobby is stunning, and you can have a pet fish in your room, supplied by the hotel. Yes, yes,...

This is one of the nicest hotels in Seattle and it's service is bar none, I highly recommend. Beautiful and centrally located in downtown. Complementary wine is offered between 5 to 6pm in the lobby. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Since the GM proactively frequents TripAdvisor, I'll rack my mind for very minor improvements: -Room service menu still reflects food...
