This is a great hotel in the downtown area! Beautifully decorated and cozy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff and management are very attentive. There was coffee in the morning, water all day, and wine reception in the evening. Starbucks is also right next door.

b2baker, thanks for the nice note. We work hard to make sure you don't have to and your note makes it all worthwhile! The hotel has a lot of treats to make any guest smile but you can always create a smile at one of the hottest bars in the city -Outlier which is brand new to us and making...

The Kimpton Monaco was the perfect base for Seattle doqntown exploration. Just around the corner from the light rail, a few blocks to the waterfront and Pike market. The staff were all so friendly we felt right at home. Anything we asked they were eager to help. The room was nice and the bed comfortable.

Hey Tommy! Thanks for the nice note, the location of the hotel works for so many things, but our access to the light rail really makes it special. a cab from the airport is $45 Uber is about $25 and the light rail is about $3. You can walk to everything in Seattle you want to see and if you...

What a great visit! Kimpton hotels are known for their great customer service and amenities, and the Monaco is no exception! We were treated well from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Highly recommend this great hotel centrally located in downtown Seattle.

We stayed in a luxury room on the 10th floor and I loved the decor, the staff were friendly , the bed was comfortable , we had a nice meal in the Outlier and my only nitpick would have been water pressure in the shower could have been better BUT Late Saturday afternoon we were sleeping when I was woken...

Thanks PPPeta, appreciate the lovely note about the hotel and staff. You are right of course, the staff shouldn't disturb you after they clean the room, but as there are about 20 reasons for them to check, double check and re check the room - it happens. The staff know to knock a few times and announce and I do...

Recently stayed here on the front end of business trip and I must say I am glad I chose Kimpton Monaco. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the room was clean. I stayed on a higher floor which was quiet and peaceful. The view I had wasn't the best in the world, but I was not...

I actually purchased a Saturday night stay from an online third-party site. It only had two options for beds: let hotel choose or King. The room was for two other girlfriends and me, so I was hoping to just call the hotel and request a double room. When I called earlier in the week, the woman told me they were...

Wow, that is quite the essay! Thank you for taking the time and sharing your thoughts. I don't know if I would say we cater to anyone, but actually cater to everyone - kids love us for the colors and energy, design people like the look and feel and then everyone else just gets a good feeling from a fun...

I've come to like the Kimpton Group a lot over the past few years, because so far I've never had a bad experience (I hope I don't jinx it). I like their boutique-ish feel and their attention to detail. The Hotel Monaco in Seattle fits right in. While the outside of the hotel has nothing to write home about, its...

Love stating at this Kimpton outpost while in Seattle. Ideally located with very comfortable rooms and an extremely friendly and dedicated staff. Good restaurant. Just the gym may need a little revamp.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at this hotel! They went far above and beyond the usual for our anniversary weekend. I have always been a fan of Kimpton Hotels as they are pet friendly and the staffs are almost always extremely helpful. I became a true believer at a Kimpton property in Washington, DC (Palomar) when I checked in with an infant and two dogs during a city wide blackout in the middle of the summer. Appreciate the note! thank you for all those stories, this is one of my favorite aspects of my job - connecting with the guests. You are right, parking is expensive but pretty much standard for valet parking in the middle of an expensive city. Ours is secure and underground - keep that in mind if you decide to save $10...
