The Kings Inn is superbly located in the Bell Town area of Seattle, online a short walk to Pike Place and the Space Needle. Also there was free parking, which in Seattle is an amazing thing. But that is about it for the positives. Tired rooms (somewhat clean) and what it was, extremely expensive. Wifi didn’t work and the man...

I cannot believe I paid $200 for a one bed dark dank smelly small hotel room, the water didn't even get hot enough to take a shower ! When I asked them about it they completely ignored me. Completely NOT worth it! There are plenty of other places to stay around here , don't waste your time .

The room was terrible, dirty floor, door didn't lock properly there where wires every where bathroom had rust every where, curtains where so old you could see rite throw them and the chair in the room had stains all over it, Would not recommend Kings Inn.

I spent 4 nights at the Kings Inn. It's a budget motel in a great location. We were in walking distance from everything that we wanted to see such as Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Seattle Art Museum. We also took the monorail which ran right by the motel. The guys at the front desk were...

This place is by far the cheapest accommodation in central Seattle. It has a private bathroom. Don't expect a coffee maker or similar luxuries. If you arrive on a cold day, make sure to get a space-heater from the office because the room will be freezing cold. The A/C unit does have a heating function, but that only gets you...

i booked here based on its great rate and location, it was clean and had free parking and that was enough for me.. looking up at the glass skyscrapers from a 3 story motel was almost surreal. If you want fancy big rooms pay way more in this town and stay somewhere else but i recommend this place if you...

And that's about all I can say that's positive other than the location was good and it's within walking distance of some good restaurants, the Seattle Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass and in the opposite direction, Pike Place Market. It's also next door to the best doughnut place ever! Top Pot Doughnuts. Delicious. But as for Kings Inn, I'll...

This is a very budget hotel for Seattle. It is very basic but clean. I would not want to stay here more than one night as it is very minimalist in its facilities. We arrived late and left early for the Victoria Clipper and as a bedroom it was a reasonable deal. The one big negative is that the rooms...

I was traveling just to get away and staying here it isn't the nicest but it did its job. The bed was pretty comfortable for me. Bathroom isn't very big but I travel alone so it was just enough for me. The location is awesome I pretty much every where. I thought it was cool that they locked the gates...

This is the best kept budget secret in downtown Seattle. Located on 5th Avenue below the monorail, within walking distance of prime shopping and near the heart of the Belltown restaurant district, this hotel offers one outstanding benefit: location. The rooms are VERY small and spartan but scrupulously clean, the bathroom is spotless and the bed is comfortable. Try putting...
