Though this is a very old hotel, you can see by the hardware and tile, it was clean, the staff was very friendly, it included free parking and was within a few short blocks of pike street market and the waterfront. We had a 2 bedroom suite-fridge and microwave for $208 on a Thursday night. I would stay there again,...

We stayed here for 2 nights and this was everything we need: a bed, shower, hot water, TV. free WIFI and it was clean! This is kind of motel in the middle of downtown, we basicaly use it to sleep and shower since we spend all of our time walking around Seattle. They gave us an early check in (9:00...

This place is not lavish, or even nice. It is adequate. Good: The beds were comfy, shower worked well, room was clean and it was within walking distance to most everywhere. They let us store our luggage until check in time, when we got there earlier than expected, and price was tolerable. Expensive at first glance, but based on the...

Booked that place in advance. Big mistake. Smelly (mold) tiny room. Nothing to put your cloth. We literally fled, did not even bring all our luggage from the car. Never again. The area is great though, but you better look for another Hotel

We stayed for night passing through and while it was over-priced, it was clean, central and nice to have an option that wasn't astronomical. The parking was a little tight and the rooms were even tighter. They weren't able to let us leave our car in the parking lot when we checked out and wanted to walk down to the...

Let's start with the good stuff: Decent location, on site parking, walking distance to everywhere, comparatively cheap. Now, the other stuff: Smallest TVs in the world, no breakfast, dated rooms. Note: Parking is only valid from check in until check out (11am) and they will make you move it. No exceptions and despite what the night staff tell you. There's...

This place was clean but is very old and in a not too good part of town. Do not expect much except a clean bed. The parking is very tight and very minimal you will probably have to park in the next-door garage. The locks are not too safe but they do have a bolt lock. Good luck

Stayed here at the last minute as my flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight in Seattle. Stayed at the top floor at a room towards the rear, close to the stairs. I actually stayed here with friends almost 15 years ago and although the exterior has changed, the interior of the rooms seem to not have changed much....

The whole place looks a little tired, but it's clean and the staff are helpful and professional. The location is great for tourists-about halfway between Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Wifi is decent, but hot water in the shower was lukewarm, at best, on one of two mornings we stayed.

A good clean room in a great location. Free parking a very well maintained for an older building. Front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. A great place to lay your head after a day spent exploring the city. Not a five star hotel but unless you're spending your whole vacation in an expensive room it's a great value.
