If it was not for the staff being so amazing I would give this place even a more harsh review, but because the front end supervisor Nikki and night guy Jian were both so amazing and friendly I will be nice. First let's start with Nikki, she was the one who checked us in and her

I have one more night here. Location is great and staff is nice. But watch your credit card. They put a 50$ a night hold on your card per night. No restaurant here. I travel a lot and this is totally wrong. Had I known I would not of stayed here. That's not the worst part.

We spent a week here as we helped our son and GF move to Seattle. It was very convenient to their location. The staff were excellent, responsive, and accommodating. The room was clean and well attended. The price was certainly right, especially when you consider breakfast is

I have no idea. I would certainly call the hotel and confirm with them on their deposit policy. Enjoy your stay in Seattle.

We have two adults and two kids (5 and 7). Can the hotel provide extra beds?
We asked for a roll-away bed when we had an unexpected guest, and were told it was not an option---but they did put us in a room with a twin for the guest. (NO extra charge, and Seattle was snowed in at the time ) Just ask them what they could do for you. They are accommodating.

Walk one block to Queen Anne Blvd..numerous buses stop in front of Expresso coffee shop. Ask the drivers for info on getting to Safeco field. Also... the clerk at hotel can look online for this info.
