Hoorah to the staff at Mayflower! After learning that we were celebrating a milestone year, we were promptly upgraded to the top floor and treated with a sincere hand written card signed by so many of the staff. Every aspect of our experience was top notch! Our family works in the 5 star industry, so we know how difficult it...

A wonderful experience, with high-quality, old-fashioned service. Terrific location and a first-rate bar and restaurant. Very comfortable room, although a little small (this is a renovated historic hotel).

I flew into Seattle at midnight. I tried to book a room for the Mayflower that night through priceline.com on my phone. I made it for the wrong date I immediately called to cancel or change the date but to no avail. So priceline and the Mayflower kept my money with no compromise. The fee for canceling is the cost...

cachete20, I'm very sorry to hear about the problem you've experienced. Unfortunately, each 3rd party website has their own rules and policies as it pertains to refunds. From my experience, there is far less flexibility when booking through a 3rd party, it essentially creates a "middle man". In this situation Priceline.com has collected payment for your reservation and is ultimately...

My mum flew in from Scotland to meet me in Seattle to go on an Alaskan Cruise and we chose to stay here before it....I am in love with this place - not one thing to complain about - the central location, staff, our beautifully furnished corner room on the 10th floor, the hotel itself, were all exceptional - old...

We recently stayed here for two nights. We went to Seattle with nothing particular in mind to do or see except the Pike Place Market and the waterfront. This hotel, although expensive, was chosen due to location. It is easy to get here from SeaTac via the Link. The station for the Link is on the next block, by Macys....

Great location, we walked to, many of the down town areas, most of the time. Monorail station is adjacent to the hotel. Light rail is less than a block away. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very quite. Lots of shopping available close to the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with double bathrooms- VERY NICE!!!

This hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, so is perfect for tourists. It has history, and has a comfortable feel to it. The rooms are well appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfiest we ve ever slept in. We didn t eat in the restaurant as it was quite pricy. The one thing...

Excellent location - within walking distance of Pike Place Market, waterfront and Space Needle. It has direct access to Westgate shopping centre with the monorail to the Space Needle. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport via the Light Link rail system Friendly, helpful staff. We were in a standard room which was clean and comfortable, but,...

This historic hotel is sized right and lovely. It's in the center of everything downtown but not in the traffic. Good bar for a late beer and conversation and food. Great beds, good coffee and free internet makes for a good night, good morning and good business.

We have stayed at the Mayflower 3 times over the past 2 years and most recently in May/June 2014. This time we booked a deluxe room with 2 queens beds as opposed to their standard room with one queen. Check-in has always been efficient and friendly. Both rooms had similar amenities - coffee/tea in-room, HDTV, complimentary WiFi, in-room safe, writing...

WorldTravellerBC, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. Being a smaller, independent hotel, the owners and management allow staff to be their unscripted selves. We like being here, I'm glad you do too! We look forward to your fourth stay with us! Best Wishes, David B.
