From the personal greetings to the extra amenities, this is a top tier hotel in a perfect location for anyone visiting the downtown Seattle area. Have stayed her 3-4 times in the past, but they've raised their game and quality of staff to the level they can compare with any hotel you'd ever wanna visit. Have a problem, need or...

As much as I travel, I have never experienced service like this. Ever. From check-in, when they had my room ready well before noon (this has never happened) to the amazing front desk staff. Great views, great benefits for Hilton members. First trip to Seattle, but if I come back this is the only place to stay. I only wish...

Greetings Badluck711! I'm not sure where you got your name from, but it sounds like your stay with us was anything but "bad"! For someone whom travels as much as you do, it's exhilarating to hear you found our Staff to be so sublime! While we promise our guests to always have a room ready by 4pm, we always strive...

Typical Hilton service, great executive club with attentive staff and better than normal food and beverage selection. Hotle lobby is on 8th floor with parking on the lower floors. Easy walk to Capital Grill

We chose this hotel during a business trip for the location and because of the Hilton Honors benefits. The location was perfect and the service from the hotel staff was even better. The parking is extremely convenient for a 'dry' entry to the hotel as the garage is a part of the building. The rooms are as updated at they...

The hotel itself is good & the staff is friendly. But for some reason, the guests around our room were awful. We had to make a noise complaint each night & one of the mornings, try to stop a very serious fight between a couple before it escalated too far. If you want to sleep well, this may not be...

I've stayed at this Hilton several times over the last five years, and the hotel keeps improving. The rooms are still a bit tired (I guess they are slowly renovating floor by floor) but everything else has received a wonderful update. Just looking at the "entrance" from the street there is nothing that would compel you to stay there...absolutely nothing....

This is what you'd expect from a Hilton - clean comfortable rooms, good service. The location is convenient, and the gym is quite nice and sufficiently spacious. They have an apple and vanilla ice cream dessert on their room service menu that is excellent.

First visit. The primary entrance on a street corner does not bring the traveler into a conventional lobby, but into a relatively small elevator lobby with a Hertz counter in the back wall. The signage indicating the need to take an elevator up to the lobby is clear once the traveller spots it. A Microsoft convention was in town, which...

Salutations, Kent L! Thank you for leaving your openly honest review of our property. We're scheduled to do a refresh of our property this upcoming Fall, and one of the things we'll be looking at is improving the signage situation in certain areas of the hotel. I do apologize for this initial confusion upon your arrival though. One thing about...

We stayed for an anniversary weekend and decided to book at the executive level rate and were glad we did. The "club" is on the top floor with a great view. They have snacks and soft drinks available all day. In the evening they have a happy hour w/food and beer/wine included, as well as a hot breakfast the next...

My dear, SeattleRosie! Thanks for the glowing review of our property, specifically, the Executive Lounge. It's a delightful perk we have here, that we're fortunate enough to offer those guests on our Executive Floors and our Diamond Hilton Honors members. You guys certainly sound like you were able to take full advantage of it too! One thing I will mention...

I stayed here for one night for work, and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is a terrific location just off I5 and walkable to most things in downtown Seattle. The room was clean and well appointed, although as other reviewers point out, not totally new. I was the most impressed with the staff, and I wish I would have...

Why hello, anchmer! Hearing that you were "most impressed" with our staff is music to my eyes! (If that's how the saying goes, right?) We truly believe we have some of the best hoteliers working under our roof in all of the downtown area, and I'm glad to see that you feel the same. Alison was the blonde you were...
