If you are into a poorly up-grades lobby, not a good location and dates rooms, stay here. While you are there spend some time trading the staff on customer service they all could use a re-fresh. ( that is if they been trained in the first place)

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

As much as I travel, I have never experienced service like this. Ever. From check-in, when they had my room ready well before noon (this has never happened) to the amazing front desk staff. Great views, great benefits for Hilton members. First trip to Seattle, but if I come back this is the only place to stay. I only wish...

Greetings Badluck711! I'm not sure where you got your name from, but it sounds like your stay with us was anything but "bad"! For someone whom travels as much as you do, it's exhilarating to hear you found our Staff to be so sublime! While we promise our guests to always have a room ready by 4pm, we always strive...

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Helpful and friendly staff and a clean environment. Felt safe with key card access using elevator to hotel floors. Loved the water view. Rooms were small, however comfy. Hilton Honors benefits - loved.

Stayed on hard-earned points so this was essentially a "free-stay", and wanted to have this location, so chose the Hilton. It is quirky for a city-hotel...no space to drop bags from the road (at least that can easily be identified when driving around it in a car), 9th floor lobby (i.e., go UP from the carpark to the Lobby), but...

The location is great if you're attending a sports event at one of the stadiums. It's not very close to Pike Street market or downtown shopping. The biggest downfall is there is no pool or hot tub. Parking is expensive.

This is what my stopover stay in Seattle (prior to early morning flight next day) should look like 😀. A comfortable & inviting room. A comfy bed for a great sleep and of course a great view sight on the 20th floor. Have heard an even greater view on the topfloor. Maybe for next year, should I can afford an...

With a small lobby on top of a 9 story parking structure, it is difficult to feel okay walking into this hotel....! Once in the small lobby area and checked in, one needs a key card to use the elevator (good security). Rooms are very clean and comfortable, bathroom is a toilet and tub/shower in a small room, with sink...

Dear Polly1931, Thank you so much for staying with us and sharing your feedback. I am so sorry you didn't feel okay walking form the garage. We should have done a better job at maybe communicating where to park (the higher the better) since our garage is a shared garage. Breakfast is not included but there are packages that have...

I usually like Hilton hotels when travelling. But here, the rooms are in need of renovation, pealing wallpaper, etc. The rooms are loud. Any room near an elevator is almost unbearable and the view, despite the building height is limited even from the higher floors. When I was there several floors were being treated for what appeared to be water...

I am really very sorry and you are right, the standard of this particular room was unacceptable. We have since taken steps to rectify this. Again thank you so much for staying with...

Due to no rooms being available at the Crown Plaza I had to spend my first night in Seattle at the Hilton. Have never stayed at the Hotel but it was a nice hotel. Hotels are not cheap in Seattle and parking a car can be quite expensive. Very close to Boston/NY prices so be prepared. Had a nice view...
