From the minute the car pulled up outside, I felt we were in for a treat. It is not a place for minimalist loving, clean lines types but if you want old world grandeur & a cosy, shut out the world, maybe even a club feel then this is the spot. Great staff, good food, very comfortable ensuite bedroom. It...

Close to everything, charming, classic, modern, elegant, w/achievement of service excellence. My go-to for every visit to Seattle. Expect a great experience with easy access (assuming you enjoy a nice walk) to everything the city has to offer. Make sure to pay attention to the mat in the hotel elevator each day - they've never missed a day.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away and found the atmosphere charming and staff very friendly. However, the floors are very squeaky that you walk on and above you. Also the windows are paper thin. You could hear street noise, homeless people yelling and construction all hours of the night. Neither of us slept well!

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We're pleased that you found our hotel charming and the staff friendly, but are very sorry to hear that the street noise affected your stay. A historic building in an urban location makes for some challenges with buffering noise. We sincerely hope that you'll stay with us again future and we'll work...

We just spent four days at the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle - charming traditional atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable accommodations...The rooms have high ceilings and tall windows, they're carefully and comfortably appointed. A totally satisfactory stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for one night. The room is really well appointed; sitting area with couch tv and nice stand with some reading. Room and bathroom were also well done with good products in the bathroom. Highlights were the bar downstairs - bar man on evening of feb6 was great, the fireside room to unwind in and...

We wanted a comfortable, centrally located hotel to stay at for a romantic get away and the Sorrento fit the bill. It is easy walking distance from downtown and the waterfront, and if you don't want to go that far it has a nice cafe and dinning room. We liked the older style lobby and rooms.

I feel lucky to stay at the Sorrento when I come to Seattle. The staff are very accommodating and the hotel has charm which newer hotels don't capture. Occasionally after a long day love to eat a grilled cheese sandwich and drink a lovely glass of red in the bar. The only negative - the rooms are too dark -...

I have stayed several times in the hotel, because it is convenient for the Harbourfront medical campus. The hotel trades on its heritage - menus from Thanksgiving in the 1920's, and floor mats for each day of the week in the elevator (which look like they date back to the old days). My biggest beef about the hotel is that...

This was my second stay here. Let's start with the things that I love about this place first. ThIs is a vintage, dark word paneled old world style hotel. The doors to the elevator are brass, the lounge is a gorgeous room with a fireplace and big old chairs to relax in. The staff are all top notch, attentive, helpful,...

The hotel is really cool. We had our company sales meeting on the top floor. Nice view of the city, great space, and comfortable rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there and the water pressure in this old (oldest in Seattle built in 1909) was awesome! Not what I was expecting!
