I guess when I pay top dollar for a great hotel with an awesome view, spacious room and convenient location I am amazed to get nickel and dimed on wifi! Really? Every box motel off the interstate has free wifi. I would rather have internet connection and pay to use the monster tv in the room. Everything else was great.

Thank you for your review. The bandwidth necessary to keep up with the demand of high speed Internet continues to increase as more and more people use it for long periods of time to stream video, audio, play online games, download large files and use it to Skype/FaceTime. Families are traveling with multiple devices and accessing the web at the...

I stayed at the Westin in downtown Seattle last week while in town on a business trip. The hotel is in a a great location within walking distance to a lot of the sites in downtown. The hotel room on the tenth floor was great although I had a view of the roof so not much to look at. Room...

Thank you for your review. We are glad you stayed with us and enjoyed your room and dining in Relish Burger Bistro. Relish also offers a takeout option so you can order from your room and pickup in the lobby. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Seattle. Happy holidays!

We spent the weekend with our son & granddaughters at the Westin downtown Seattle and it was terrific. We had deluxe rooms on the 33rd floor with floor to ceiling windows and views of the water and the city. The beds and pillows are "yummy" and the rooms very nice. All the staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant...

Great location but if you are planning a conference, head elsewhere. After attending two recent conferences there clearly is some absent management oversight. If you have to use the restroom, you'll need to go to the front desk to get "permission," and a temporary key to unlock the door. The audio visual setup is awful, bad lighting for the speakers,...

Thank you for your review. We apologize you have not had good experiences with us. There was one day recently where the restrooms on the meeting room floors were locked and was corrected when it was brought to our attention. Your comments regarding audio visual, food and service will be shared with our team so we may make improvements. It...

There are so many hotels to choose from in downtown Seattle. This hotel fits the business or pleasure bill. This keeps my expense report happy ( with the exception of the 46.00 valet parking...but don't be fooled SELF park is 41.00 and far so why bother!) Bed is excellent and the bath has spa fixtures to soothe the road weary....

Over the past month I've stayed at two different Westin's and I have to say that both left something to be desired and that either the quality of the Westin name is going downhill... or just both of these Westin's aren't great. The Westin Seattle is old, dated and expensive. The elevators to the rooms take forever. Although, once in...

Thank you for your review, Sarah. It is disappointing to hear you did not enjoy the room, which was renovated last year. This renovation included new lamps and desks which have built-in electrical outlets. The outlets are located at the base of the bedside lamps and on the side of the desk. In addition to the guestroom renovation, we added...

Stayed here from 11/7-11/10 of 2013. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I was a bit worried based on some of the reviews here, but everything was great. The location is great (short walk to Pike's place and smack dab in the middle of downtown), rooms have great views, and are very clean. The only things I think the hotel...

I stayed at the hotel from Nov 4 - 15 and here are my observations: 1. NOISY - There is construction going on next to the hotel so you will remain amused by the construction noise. We were there for the City of Hope Benefit. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The benefit was extremely well done.
