We stayed 2 nights and each night was filled with loud partiers until about 2am. The room service food was very bad, items were either spoiled or very very stale. The staff was very good and helpful, great location, nice rooms, but no sleep and bad food was not worth it.

When I arrived at the hotel I entered in through the downstairs entrance with multiple heavy bags. A man working at the hotel saw my Fiance and I and immediately helped us lift our luggage up a flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs I offered him $5 for his trouble and he very politely refused my tip...

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming. We were offered an upgrade of our room for a minimal $25. The upgrade landed us in a gorgeous corner suite on the 20th floor. I loved looking out at the Mountains and then then the inlet... When time to sleep the 2 level shades were perfect. The room itself was beautifully equipped...

So I make an error in booking via booking.com clearly not changing the calendar and book 13th-17th Jan instead of 13th-17th Feb. I pay over $1000 and The W reject my request to amend the booking to the dates I will be in Seattle. Wow I am gobsmacked!!!!!! I work in customer service for a MAJOR tourist attraction and deal...

I loved everything about this hotel, location, food, staff and location :). I was only for two days and one night but everything was amazing. They gave me an unexpected upgrade with a very nice view of the city and the room had everything I needed.

W Seattle was the hotel choice for my cousins wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel and its staff and service. Our room was clean, comfortable, ready when we got there (noon). We were treated with genuine welcome by every member of the staff we interacted with. The wedding was handled perfectly from start to finish....

The location is excellent and easy to access the city by walking. The restaurant breakfast is good but expensive. The room is spacious but there is no view basically facing the other building. We stayed with 2 young kids and the beds is comfortable.
