This was our first trip to Seattle. We wanted to be close to major attractions and get a feel for the city. We wanted two beds in the room, and that is not easy to find. The room was perfect. Overall it was friendly, cool, clean, and in the perfect location- walking distance to everything, with free wifi and connected...

Noisy AC unit outside and noisy restaurant/bar downstairs. The noise interrupts our sleep throughout the duration of our stay. However, I like that you have the program where for every day we skip housekeeping, you guys allowed up to $5 item from honor bar.

Wonderful location. Bathroom tiny, but had everything I needed. The craft beer offered in lobby was excellent! Very nice staff in the lobby, front desk. Great, if pricey, restaurant right next door -a great place to stay in downtown(happy hour food prices in bar much better deal). Would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations to getting in room early was not possible, and understood. However, when coming back an hour after check in is allowed, the room was still not ready. The agent originally told me the room would be ready around 1PM. Did the room get given to someone else? What's happening there??

Hotel Max was a great surprise! Exceeding expectations at every level. Super friendly and helpful staff, free games and beer in the lobby, very comfortable beds, great location and just an overall cool vibe! Take it from me, you should choose to stay here when visiting Seattle. No need to look further! We will be back!

loved the city stay. small rooms - but you're not here to stay in, so don't make a fuss about it. record player was a nice touch. windows don't open - so if that's important to you, then you might need to reconsider. they don't use strong smelling cleaning products - that's a + for me.

I really loved the atmosphere at Hotel Max as it really sets itself apart from the other cookie cutter hotels you normally see. The staff are super friendly. Overall it has a very relaxing vibe about it.

Modern room design, great ambiance, helpful staff, great location! We were there for my husband's birthday, and the staff left a personalized card and a bottle of Elysian Savant IPA for him in our room.

Great spot to stay that is walking distance to Pike Place, Capitol Hill, and other areas. It was convenient as well as fun. The craft beer happy hour is a great touch! The front desk staff was extremely helpful in helping us map out our short trip and provide recommendations for the area!
