Perfect for us, the Paramount is close enough to many sights like Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, the monorail which will bring you to Seattle Center and many good places to eat. We checked in around noon and our room was ready. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. We headed up to our room and the room (and whole hotel for that matter) were spotless. I would imagine this to be crucial for some folks who are weary of travel these days. Our room reminded me of some nicer Marriott rooms we've stayed at (for whatever reason, I thought of Philly and the Paramount is way better than the Philly Marriott if anyone's ever been there). Our room was spacious with a king bed but our room rate was cheap so we got a room facing the back alley - not a big deal for us. The room had a safe, coffee maker, tv, desk and chair, ironing board and iron, robes, some decent toiletries (same brand they use at Bally's and Caesers in AC) and plenty of plush towels. They had an umbrella for us to use on day 2 when it was raining all morning. Any complaints? Maybe just 1 - our shampoo dispenser didn't work but I didn't want to bother the guys downstairs and we had my girlfriend's own shampoo anyways so no big deal really. Also, not a complaint but just info - I found the bed to be soft and I know some people like firm beds - we were OK. We stayed 2 nights and liked this place a lot. We would stay again.…
Super friendly, efficient staff, great COVID protocols, parking availability and safe, clean convenient location near Westlake Station, art museum and famous public market. Most of all, great rates through Expedia! Happy we booked our city stay here for 2 nights.
I don’t normally write reviews but I feel compelled to share how wonderful the staff were at the hotel. I had parked in a public parking garage separate from the hotel and was nervous walking to my car very early in the morning - the man at the front desk (Zach I believe?) was kind enough to offer someone to escort me to my car. Another man (Bryan?) walked me to my car and was friendly and professional. Going above and beyond like this separates a nice hotel from a great hotel. Rooms are clean, everything was perfect. To the hotel staff - thank you for your kindness!! I would 100% recommend this hotel.
My initial feeling when it comes to hotels is to get the cheapest rate. My initial reaction for Seattle was to go out to SeaTac and use the light rail to come into the city. I've never been happier to go against my initial reaction. Not only did I get a great rate for a Downtown Seattle hotel, but it was clean, modern, comfortable and an almost unbeatable location if you want to hit tourist spots (Pikes Place Market is a 10 minute walk; direct monorail to Space Needle is a 5 minute walk), the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. I cannot recommend The Paramount Hotel enough. I can't wait to go back to Seattle and stay there again.
The Paramount Hotel was fantastic! It wasn’t cheap (nothing in Seattle is), but I got a great deal for my one night stay here before going on a cruise to Alaska. The room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. I wish I could stay in a hotel like this all the time. Great location downtown. Staff were great also, very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.
