I've stayed here several times & the service & staff is impeccable. However, there were several issues with this stay: >I requested early check in - when I arrived I was told I was "upgraded" but the room wasn't ready. The room I do not consider an "upgrade" when my top request is a quiet room. I was out right...

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain your experience. I am sincerely sorry that a number of issues made for an underwhelming experience. Your TV should work perfectly and not have any visibility issues as should your internet connection. Thank you so much for this specific feedback, as we can rectify immediately. I also apologize for where...

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is one of their finest luxury city hotels. Superb location overlooking Puget Sound and conveniently located. Our suite was stunning--beautifully decorated, extraordinary bedding and spotless. Restaurant and room service were outstanding. Polished and professional staff. We can't wait to return!

Stayed here pre and post cruise. Service was outstanding. Hotel is perfectly located about a 5 minute walk to the Public Market. Complimentary coffee and breakfast cake downstairs in the AM. It is also very close to both stadiums. Rooms are large and we easily fit a roll-away in there for my daughter. Just know that "city-view" rooms face the...

We paid extra for the partial view and I'm so glad we did...worth every penny. Make sure you allow time to sit by the pool and enjoy the sunset. We also went to Pike's Market in the morning and had fresh pastries while walking around in little to no crowd.

Our family of 5 stayed at Four Season's on the water in Seattle as a first night "splurge" to our 6 day road trip through Washington. The hotel itself is of course very nice in a more modern, minimalistic style. The pool overlooking the sound is such a bonus on a hot August day with kids. We were at first...

This is Four Seasons, need I say more? Service was great, rooms were awesome with excellent views. Note this is a Four Seasons residence as well. I wish there was a jacuzzi, maybe there is and I missed it. You can walk to most places and the staff is extremely helpful. Request a corner view with a room of the...

This is our favorite hotel in Seattle. Everything works beautifully, from the warm greeting at the door to the smooth checkout. Nothing is pretentious, just perfect. You can get a great night's sleep due to perfect climate control, great soundproofing, and good blackout curtains.

We stayed in June at the Four Seasons prior to our cruise to Alaska and it was the best experience I have had with a hotel in a long time. From the minute we checked in the service was exceptional. The pool area was lovely and cozy with comfortable fresh linen and towels for the chairs. There was also a...
