Our historic 1930s Art Deco digs, just a ten-minute stroll to UW’s campus, sits proudly at the corner of the University District. Purple pride runs deep in the lush lobby, inviting Huskies past and present. Over 36 feet of plaidly clad sofas ease up to a communal coffee table warmly perched fireside. An installation of seashell mobiles dances above, an amped up wall invites conversation and jewel toned rooms wink at our storied past. High above, our scenic rooftop bar serves up hues and mountain views of the inspired landscape.

You’ll appreciate the comfort of the beds, the striking views, and the space of the hotel rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel makes it a central hub to visit UW, walk to University Village, or hop on a bus to go to Pike’s Place Public Market.

What a funky, cool Art Deco place to stay when visiting UW Seattle! Close to campus and a very fun vibe! Plenty of places to walk to for food and university access. Staff are super nice and helpful. Check out My Favorite Deli just across the street...yum! Would definitely return to The Graduate!!

Unhelpful staff, not warm and did not willingly help with issues that we had. Including paying for a king size room and getting a queen bed. Staff refused to acknowledge the obvious fact of the bed size. overpriced low quality food at mountaineering club. Beautiful views from mountaineering club.

Great location right in the university village with lots of life all around (thrift stores, shops, coffee and restaurants) and for a decent price. Only downside is my room had no mini fridge or microwave, and the hotel itself doesn’t offer any sort of free coffee or breakfast. There is a cafe downstairs with good coffee but the food was limited and pricy. Otherwise a very beautiful room with great furniture and a spectacular view.
