HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 20 November 2016

This is a great hotel situated in downtown Seattle. It's in a great location, near many restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's also within walking distance of Pike's Market (or a quick Uber ride). The hotel's staff is well trained, attentive to your every need and really friendly. The room was large and nicely decorated, with enough outlets to power all...

I bounce around various hotels in every time zone it seems and have, like many of you, a dozen or more hotel reward cards of one sort or another. I had some reward points to burn so headed to Seattle to celebrate a birthday. The hotel provides complimentary champagne in our room and upgraded us to a suite! All completely...

This hotel was incredibly quiet - I didn't need to use my ear plugs at all! The in-room coffee is excellent and the steam room was really nice. We liked the little perks - you could ask for more coffee, or any other things that you may have forgotten at home.

This hotel nails it with elegance and class. The spa area is top notch with its saltwater pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. It uses all-natural products. (Was even built using recycled materials.). After a busy week of meetings, I loved coming "home" to this hotel each night.

This hotel was excellent: Good location Nice rooms Clean and large pool Nice size Hot tube Wet and Dry steam rooms. The only issue was the shower-head, hard to wash the soap off, the flow was so weak. I know the hotel wants to be green, however their is no shortage of water in Seattle, so why not give guests...

Hotel is upscale, beds are very comfortable. Restaurant is fair and they charge for all movies. If you are traveling with kids it can be very expensive. The location is wonderful. Plenty of shopping, restaurants etc. near by. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The sauna and steam are also available free of charge to the guests.

I have not stayed at a Hyatt in a long while, but this was where I stayed recently for business meetings. The hotel is clean, well-located, and full of friendly people. It has everything you need as a business traveler (room service, gym/pool, business center), and they even let me borrow a computer charger (given that I left mine at...
