We stayed 2 nights here the weekend before Christmas and it was really nice. Everything was exceptionally clean, which is nice to find in a hotel. The room was larger than the average downtown hotel room and the bath products were top of the line. The overall feel, besides clean, was really modern, to the point of cold design vs...

The Hyatt Olive 8 in Seattle is in a great location and has great service. It is almost like a boutique hotel with the services and amenities of the big hotels. Easy in and out if your are driving and a great location to walk around downtown and even to the stadiums on a nice day. Lots of great restaurants...

I recommend this mid- to smaller hotel in downtown Seattle. It is well located for downtown shopping; theater. symphony and club entertainment; and outstanding tourist attractions, e.g., Pike Street Market, Westlake Mall, Seattle Space Needle. It is convenience to Lake Union and to and from SeaTac airport via public transit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is outstanding. A spa,...

Beautiful rooms, restaurants and staff. Do yourself a favor and stay at this impeccable hotel. Great location, easy to walk to Pike Place, Westlake Center or Convention Center. Very helpful and friendly staff. If you like “Green Building” you will appreciate the effort that went into building this one of a kind Leed Platinum Certified structure. Has a European feel...

Pros: Excellent location for all shoppers. Close to Pacific Place, Nordstrom, Macy's, etc. enough sqf to stay as one king room bed in down town. Cons: No bath tub in delux king room, not much menu on the breakfast menu, no branch menu on the weekend.

We stayed in Seattle in August after a cruise, loved this hotel's location few blocks walk to fish market, restaurants, and shopping. Room was clean, spacious with a nice view for our family of 4. Meals in lobby restaurant were quite good too

Spectacular food, service, and amenities! Room was immaculate. In-room dining food was fantastic - the flourless chocolate cake and the grilled cheese and ham were both to die for. Convenient to all downtown activities.

We were very pleased with this hotel, the room was nice and the location great (close to the train station, right in the middle of the city). The concierge was friendly like the rest of the staff. Pool and Sauna were are nice. Overall we can highly recommend the hotel. For the 5th star the housekeeping was not good enough.
