Hotel's Favourite
I'm giving this Homewood Suites 5 stars because I have nothing negative to say about it. I stayed here 7 nights recently. The check in process was smooth and the lady who checked me in was extremely welcoming and friendly. I LOVED my suite! It was modern, spotless and probably cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in...especially during Covid. They really put in the extra effort at this place to keep things clean and it was appreciated. A+ for that effort! I was also working during the day and the internet access was great and the hotel was very quiet too. Queen Anne is one of my favorite areas of Seattle. I was traveling with my dog and really enjoyed walking the area and its not a long walk to Pike Place market, the Space Needle or many other places. I will definitely stay here again in the future and am really happy I chose this hotel for my recent stay.

We stayed here for 5 days with our small dog during the pandemic (November 09 - 13, 2020) and we honestly couldn’t find anything bad to say about this place. • CHECK-IN: 5 stars!!! The front desk lady (sorry, I didn’t get her name) was soooo funny, friendly and an absolute joy to talk to. She calls us Miss *** and Mr***. I thought that was very polite, but a bit funny. • ROOM: A LOT OF SPACE. Check my photos for details. This place is immaculate. Spotless! We felt safe staying at this hotel even in this pandemic time. We’ve encountered from past / other hotels we stayed at that some do not clean their carpets. We know this because our white dog’s fur/paws turn grayish to almost black color.🤦🏻‍♀️ But NOT at this hotel, our dog’s white fur stayed white. It just shows you that the housekeepers take pride in their job at this hotel. • Wi-Fi: Reliable. No issue during our 5 days stay. • PARKING: The fee is per night and a bit steep, but it warrants the high price. It’s in a well-lit basement. Our car felt safe. It’s convenient. Haha. 😂 • BREAKFAST: A grab and go breakfast. Pre-packed with boiled eggs, yogurt, trail mix, oatmeal, individually packed muffin, etc. It varies everyday. Check my photo. • KITCHEN: All that we needed was inside the dishwasher. All were cleaned and ready for us to use. • LOCATION: It is about 4 blocks from Space needle. We walked it twice during our stay and only took 10-13mins. There is also a deli and a bar in the corner. Across from the hotel is a waterfront trail, our dog absolutely enjoyed walking there. PS: We always leave a tip in our room for the housekeeper(s) when we check out. $20.00 if we’re truly please. $10.00 if so-so. These people work so hard to make sure that the rooms are clean. Please do the same.

Stayed here while our house was being prepped and listed for sale. The room's kitchen and bathroom separated the bedroom and living room which was helpful for us both to telework while there. Internet speed was very good, lots of USB and electrical plug ins for all our devices. Our garbage/recycling was picked up daily by placing your bins outside your room. The staff doing everything they can during Covid to keep us safe and clean. The rooms are very quiet, which surprised me given the location. One issue with dogs, is that there are alot of foxtails near the hotel which are dangerous. Not the hotel's fault but it adds some worry to the frequent dog breaks I needed to do. The bay view was nice. Also liked the overhead walkway to the waterfront that's walking distance from the hotel.

Hi Lizs753, I'm so glad your family enjoyed your stay at the property, our spacious suites make it more comfortable, so I'm glad you both were able to work on your own assignments in the same suite. We're always looking for ways to make stays more enjoyable, thanks for your understanding during this unprecedented time. Fun fact to learn about foxtails! I'll have to ask our landscaper if there are any along our property line! Thanks for staying with us during your seattle trip, we hope to see you back on property in the future.

Stayed here a few times previously. A pro for this location is good sized suites & they also have 2 bedroom suites available. Just a one night stay at this time. Warm friendly greeting at check in & a discount on parking was appreciated. The pull out sofa was great in the good sized living room. The bedroom was large with a view of the pier & sound. The only odd thing was there was no sanitation seal on the door of the room. The seal should be used consistently if advertised as a safety protocol.

Pretty average place in pretty boring part of town with loud guests and bad food smells coming out of the room cooking facilities. No idea why this place got such a high rating. Price pretty low but would much rather have stayed in a cheapo motel more in the center of things.

Hi Burbatana, I'm so sorry you were not pleased with your stay. Our staff attempts to provide the best service around town, we like to make sure our guests feel heard and are satisfied with their stay. I apologize if you feel we fell short of that. Queen Anne is a quiet part of Seattle as it is, and the pandemic has pushed it to extremes. I hope you visit Seattle once we start to re-open, there are typically lots of activities that you're able to do, just steps away. I hope you consider staying with us in the future, we'd love to welcome you back.
