My room was clean and spacey, the bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaned a bit more but it has all that I needed. The location is good with a lot of restaurants nearby (10 min walk) and away from the noisy city. There's muffins and coffee for breakfast. The staff...

This is a very old motel. The tub/shower unit was filthy with original fixtures. Beds were torn and uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely worked and was so noisy we couldn't sleep with it on. The noise from Aurora Ave was also very loud so sleep was difficult at best. The location is not great for seeing the sights downtown as...

We were looking for an option much less expensive than the going rates downtown Seattle ($300/night+), but we wanted to be as close to downtown as possible. This hotel is a VERY easy drive back and forth to downtown (take the 99). It was our 20th wedding anniversary and we were blessed to get room 237, which is a corner...

I didn't expect much from this hotel but a place to sleep and shower, and that's what I got. Thankful for the previous reviews, because they were spot on. This hotel is OLD SCHOOL! In fact, they don't even have a computerized reservation system. It appears that the owner lives on site, in a room off the tiny lobby. Although...

The Marco Polo is an old motel that has been taken very good care of. Our room was nice, freshly painted, new looking carpet, quiet air conditioner. The windows are double pane so there is no street noise. Nothing fancy... but nice! Good location at a good price

A nice place with a reasonable location that will get to/from to the city centre by car pretty easily. It's a bit dated but is very functional, rooms are a good size and well equipped. Within walking distance of good bars and restaurants.

Small motel right on 99 north (con for noise). Don't expect bells & whistles this is a basic place -soap, frig, microwave & TV. Office folks seemed a bit rude on the phone, but very nice in person & helped us by working out a 2nd night stay. Great for our family (5 of us) budget. Close to everything. We...

3 days to recover from jet lag. Marco Polo was basic but suited out needs. Easy public transport into downtown Seattle and a good selection of restaurants walking distance from motel. Staff helpful. Coffee/tea and muffin available for breakfast at reception.

Good location, very clean. Comfortable room, #226. We had a nice breeze and view. Never had to turn on the AC unit, windows open. Gentleman at front desk was very pleasant. Stayed on a Wednesday night, area/neighborhood was very quiet. Could only hear the traffic from busy Aurora Ave. Check in and out was easy. We will stay here again...

I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo female traveller. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit dated. I felt completely safe here, which was important to me travelling alone. I would recommend to others.
