A/C did not work on initial night at Fairmont Seattle. Staff could not fix it and no other rooms available on hottest night in Seattle in years. TV also did not work in initial room. Moved to handicap room on second day. A/C worked fine. TV did not wok. Staff fixed it. Malfunctioned a second time. Staff finally fixed it....

The Fairmont has a great location in downtown Seattle and is widely known as well as convenient. The property is very high standard, well-maintained with great staff service, there are few views because taller buildings have grown up around it. But the rooms are excellent.

What a beautiful hotel! Hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful with all our questions, as it was our first trip to Seattle. We were greeted promptly and surprised with a free upgrade to a suite. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was clean and quiet. The location was close to everything we wanted to do/see. The whole...

Our executive suite was clean and very comfortable. Not as spacious as I expected for a suite but it was still very nice. Check-in was fast and staff were very nice. Convenient walking distance to key sites. Was looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was very small and crowded with a lot of people just standing around....

My granddaughter and I stayed at the Olympic Hotel for two days before an Alaskan cruise. We both would have been happy to spend a little more time in Seattle and at this hotel. The staff was very nice to us and I felt very safe there, which was very important to me as a woman traveling with a 10-year-old.

Top notch service and amenities - great location, friendly staff, the fitness room/pool attendant will remember your name and ensure that you have everything you require. Restaurants have great food (if a little pricey) but all around excellence!

We've been coming to this hotel for years because of the extraordinary guest service that one receives right from the moment you pull up at the doors. The door staff to the front desk, the pool and even the Housekeepers are all super happy and always smiling. Shuckers is a must every time!
