Full of books, antiques, artworks. Interesting hosts who showed us great hospitality and helped us find our way round and to the kind of activities we enjoy. We felt very much guests in their home, rather than simply paying guests.

My husband and I enjoyed the Emerald Suite for a long weekend. The porch and outside deck off the room was like our own private garden. Beautiful bathroom too. Breakfasts were good and we enjoyed talking with other guests and the owners.

This is a really nice bnb, conveniently located in a quiet street just off Broadway, only a short walk from loads of restaurants, cafes and interesting shops. The house itself is really comfortable and full of artworks and our room had a wonderful verandah - part enclosed (perfect for sitting out in the morning). The only downside of the room...

After a couple of stressful days of visiting family and in need of peaceful study time during the last part of my spring break- Americinn was a godsend!! The staff was very polite, helpful, unobtrusive and kept me supplied with breakfast, clean sheets, and empty wastebasket ( I was studying spanish and managerial accounting for midterms). The rooms were relatively...

I stayed two nights in the Broadway Suite while meeting friends, seeing performances, and running around Seattle. The Cap Hill location and proximity to the #49 bus made everything easy. My room was exquisitely comfortable. The suite has a breath-taking bathroom with a soaking tub, shower room, WC, and heated floors; the towels and bed linen are far more luxurious...

We spent a week in the Seattle environs on vacation in September. We felt lucky to find such a highly rated (on TripAdvisor) bnb with availability, so we made reservations for several days. Our first inkling that things were amiss was when we walked to the front door and saw duct tape on the lock (yes, duct tape). Then we...

Our stay at Bed & Breakfast On Broadway was thoroughly enjoyable. The home is beautifully decorated with antiques and fine art. Our hosts were gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect, just steps away from the restaurants and shops on Capitol Hill with a charming bookstore right across the street.

We stayed Bed & Breakfast on Broadway Seattle for three nights, which made our experiences in Seattle even more memorable. The decoration is extremely beautiful. The hosts Russel and Don were extremely nice and we enjoyed their stories and our conversation. This a wonderful place to stay!

This a great place to stay! the innkeepers Russel and Don are extremely nice and helpful. Their continental breakfasts are outstanding. The beautiful residential neighborhood is safe and full of amenities, including an art cinema. It's a two to three-mile walk to Pike's Place Market and to the Space Needle, although bus service is excellent.

Our three night stay at Bed & Breakfast on Broadway before a Cruise to Alaska set us up for an amazing holiday. Don and Russell became like old friends quickly. The Emerald Room which we stayed in, was beyond expectation - the charm of the neighborhood was out done by the new, modern bathroom with all the amenities. The Emerald...
