Clean room, friendly service, close to downtown (via the 'E line' route), at a very reasonable price, with minimal frills. Just the place of you're traveling on a budget. The Mediterranean grill next door and Burgermaster drive in just up the street were also quite nice.

Lots of negative vibes on trip advisor but we liked it! It's good value for what you get, a 25min bus ride into central. Room was clean and spacious, shower was warm and powerful, bed was comfy. You also have a gem of a middle eastern restaurant / cafe on the parking lot. Deeeeelicious.

Most definitely avoid if buying online. Booked and then subsequently charged an extra $10 before tax for the room. Only realised when I checked my email for booking. Took up the issue with the night receptionist with email in hand and told I was wrong. No refund so had to stay the night there. Room was tidy. Bed old, mattresses... More

Unfortunately, this room doesn't meet my cleanliness standards. According to Trip Advisor, it's 3.5 stars. Lie. It's more like 2 stars. Old and worn out is one thing, but visible dirt on the light switches, microwave, stove, pillows (underneath cases) counter tops, dresser, and the toilet--there's no justification for that! The bedspread has holes on the reverse and dark red... More

The price is right for staying overnight but this place is not made for hanging out in. The owners are nice but the outside of the motel is dirty as is the neighborhood. No tissues are provided in the rooms ~ just the cheapest soap amenities & small towels. Aurora Ave is full of prostitutes walking the streets and other... More

We were in Seattle for a professional training and wanted an inexpensive stay, as we would not be spending a lot of time at the room. The price was fantastic, and it IS a no-frills place, but everything was clean and well kept. The owners were always watching activity, so security was not a problem. There was a kitchenette with... Located outside of the downtown madness. Price was reasonable for Seattle prices. Located in an area where I would not go out for a stroll. Grounds are filthy! Lobby is dingy and dirty. Grime hangs on EVERY crevice of the building. Abandoned car in parking lot. I expected the worst as I walked into the room. Room was large and... More

87% of Seattle was booked and we took a chance on an out of the way hotel close to the the Zoo. It was great, we arrived late in the evening the reception was welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. We stayed for two days with no complaints. We would stay here again.

clean and centrally located with a knowledgeable and friendly concierge staff. Isn't that enough to expect from a hotel? we were there for a conference, (my wife's) and she reports that the facilities wre fine for that purpose and that the catering was also pleasant.
