3 night stay here. Great location for The Link and also short walk downtown. Good options for dining very close by in this nice Seattle neighborhood. Short walk to Volunteer Park and Cal Anderson Park. The innkeeper very hospitable and helpful but not overly so .. Nice accommodations. Gorgeous big windows downstairs. Stayed 8/11/2016 through 8/15/2016 I had stayed here years ago and it was good but this stay was great. The inn had changed hands and what a difference. The breakfasts were well prepared, very tasty and filling. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and peaceful. The rail system is just down the street when I got...

This B&B is as good as a B&B can be. It is an old two story house on a quiet street and the bed rooms are large enough (we had the Opal room with a queen and a single). There is a living room sitting area and an internet room too. It is two blocks from the train from the...

We have stayed here several times and have been pleased every time. Unlike most places to stay in Capitol Hill, they have off-street parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts are good. The last time we stayed, another couple who were vegetarians was able to get breakfasts that worked for them.

The breakfasts are delicious, and the staff is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is also very convenient to public transportation. As a matter of fact, we walked...

Great location, beautiful antiques, clean, and they have vases available for guests so you can buy an amazing, inexpensive bouquet from Pike's Market, great location - 2 blocks from a new Metro stop, lots of good restaurants and bars close by but far enough away that the house is quiet. Also within walking distance to downtown. Great staff, very friendly...

We were very warmly greeted by Melanie and shown our suite at the back of the house. We had a separate entrance, kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom and large bedroom. We were a little anxious about there being no AC as it was very hot when we arrived but were very happy to see that a small AC unit has now...

Loved it. Organized, clean as a whistle and so comfortable. Century home with interesting antique furnishings and a professional kitchen. Breakfast was blueberry pancakes and sausage with fruit - just lovely. A completely different experience and atmosphere than a regular hotel.
