The Hotel is very nice and modern and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The parking situation, however, is a deal-breaker for me. I travel for business a lot, and being able to come and go easily is important. At this property there is NO Hotel parking available other than inconvenient, expensive city garages, block away, requiring you to hike uphill to access them. Valet is your only other option and it is on the expensive side as well. I guess they know that you really have no other options so what are you gonna do, right? My advice is, stay somewhere else unless you're okay with being overcharged for being inconvenienced.
Beyond belief. Would stay a hundred nights, I'm now a loyal customer whenever I'm in town. Couldn't recommend this hotel more, and I'm gushing to whomever will listen. Clean, friendly but not fake, A+
I completely enjoyed my stay at Lowes Hotel! Right from my (early) check in, everyone was so nice and made me feel really comfortable staying there. My room was GORGEOUS, and very clean. I showed it to a couple of my family members over FaceTime, and they were all blown away as well. Perfect balance of modern and chic, and a HUGE window looking out at the city! I stayed two nights in the Deluxe King room. The location was great, very close to pike place market, the pier, light rail to the airport, as well as the monorail to the space needle, and also a target. All of these within a 5-10 minute walk! On the first night I had food delivered to my room from a local pizza place, had an extra blanket set up, and got some useful information from the front desk(Linda). Linda was very pleasant and helpful my whole stay. I especially enjoyed her service, she was so kind! I never felt like an imposition to anyone from the hotel, everyone seemed to be happy at work! Plenty of towels and higher end toiletries in the bathroom. The blow dryer had a blowout attachment which was an unexpected plus, and the bath windows had electronic shades for privacy. Second night I had a microwave sent up to my room, as I bought food earlier in the day that had gotten cold. It was promptly sent up as was the blanket the night before. I also called down to the front desk and was able to receive a late check out last minute. This was especially useful as I had class the next day (day of check out)and needed a quiet space alone to attended via zoom. All in all, a 5 star hotel in my book! Highly recommend, and I won’t be staying anywhere else when visiting Seattle in the future.…
We booked our stay through AMEX Fine Hotels and Resorts. The hotel is located a few blocks from Pikes Place Definitely the way to go, we received a beautiful corner suite with views of the harbor. Hotel has a great valet parking option. In room service is fast and tasteful.
Reserved my room via phone. I told the lady what i wanted. The lady told me what type of room I'd be getting, however, it was not the room I received upon arrival. Switched rooms 3 times trying to get it right. Room didn't even have a Microwave nor was one available until the next morning when the food was already bad. The next morning, I was woken up to screaming and cursing coming from right outside my room window as a man on drugs was yelling at himself outside our window. I am military and was trying to have a nice evening with my wife and it was definitely not a satisfying stay. Especially for the $670. I will not be returning nor recommending to others.
