My only negative on our stay is that it took me 12 years to come back !! Fabulous hotel, great bar and breakfast. Attentive service from valet to check in to the bartenders. Treated like royalty and a definite return is planned!

Pan Pacific employees treated us amazingly! Great service! Room was amazing with a spectacular view of the Space Needle! Rob, the GM, Bjorn, FD Mgr, and all staff treated us like VIPs. Will definitely come back and stay here! Breakfast was delicious as well! Coffee was fantastic and beds comfortable. Travelled with my 16 year old to check out the University of Washington! Great location, things to walk to and places to see! Definitely 5 stars! Thank you!

This was our 29th stay at a Pan Pacific property in 2022 so we had high expectations. Pan Pacific Seattle did not disappoint. From the text message to welcome us before check-in and after check-in. It was a memorable stay and we will be back and skip staying with family when we are staying in town. Also, my 12-year-old wanted me to the bath tub is the best for bubble baths! :) Bravo PP Seattle!

This hotel is truly amazing. They treated us like VIPs for our entire stay. We mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary & we were surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade, a bottle of wine and chocolate covered fruit. The views from our room were stunning. I could see the space needle from the tub! The icing on the cake was the late checkout. Everything about our stay and the staff was first class.

I decided to give my 6 year old son a gift for good behavior at school and at home and stay in a hotel with a good view and level of service. We live nearby, but we wanted to get away and have a good time. I chose a good place for a long time and finally decided to book a room in Pan Pacific. For us, the time at the hotel started with valet parking and the staff were polite and friendly. We were greeted very friendly at the reception. We arrived almost two hours before check-in, but we were allowed to check in at no extra charge. My child was addressed by name, which was a pleasant surprise for me. We settled in a corner room on the 9th floor. It was very impressive because two of the 4 walls were made of glass with great views of the Space Needle and city life. The room was crystal clear. The king size bed in the room looks directly at the Space Needle, which impressed us both day and night. We ordered dinner in the room and the waiter, in addition to the dishes, brought a glass of milk for my son, in a bucket of Champagne)), and as a gift, the son received a teddy bear in the hotel's branded bathrobe. It was very funny and enjoyable. The view of the city in the evening and at night exceeded all expectations. It was magically beautiful. The next day we went home in a great mood. My son said it was the best reward for good behavior.…

The room was spotlessly clean. I loved the large bathroom with the deep tub with tray all the way across for shampoo and the like. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit too stiff. I was surprised to see some chips/damage on the furnishings, especially inside the bottom of the cabinet door (cabinet where fridge is kept) plus a thick dirty streak all the way across the bottom of the large window (on the outside). The whirlpool was broken down/closed which was very disappointing because I booked this hotel specifically to enjoy the pool and expected it to be in service. The desk staff were very professional and understanding and provided a breakfast voucher in lieu since the spa pool was unusable. Also surprised that the fitness room/sauna access is acrossthe roadway and not in the same building as the hotel rooms. So you have to go outside on a cold winter day (after a warm sauna) just to get back to the room. Not pleasant or convenient when the weather is chilly. The breakfast was excellent, really fresh high quality ingredients. I also ordered one small food item on room service and was surprised by a $5 delivery charge- it should have been stated uo front on the room service menu or when ordering. I found the hotel loxatuon very hard to find, there is only a small sign next to Whole Foods on Westlake street and it was not lit up in the day time so it was not obvious at all that the access to the hotel was up the stairs/escalator from West Lake. Terry St. was also not obvious as Westlake, 9th, and Denny Way all come together in that area and are not on a square grid. Terry St. is tucked in behind. I had to text the hotel a couple of times and ask strangers on the street as well to help me find the hotel entrance.…

The bed was heaven, the room was super nice and the staff was brilliant. It was our wedding anniversary and our stay was truly special. Fabulous spot for a special occasion, luxe but chill. Great location. Will be returning for sure!

From the moment we stepped out of our car and were greeted by the valet, we knew we were about to experience something wonderful! Our reception at the front desk was stellar, as we were treated like royalty by Favid and the staff. Our upgraded room was spectacular with beautiful views of the Space Needle, luxurious and comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. Plus, the rooms were immaculate. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast at our dining room table. The food was delicious and the staff waiter was prompt and courteous. Thank you to the staff, the valets, and the housekeepers for making this a memorable stay.

We were visiting family and attending a business event while staying for 5 nights — we also had our dogs. We felt welcomed every time we entered and exited the hotel by the staff — both front desk and valet. We travel extensively and this was our best stay in Seattle. Of course the rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent — but it was the staff that made this a memorable stay.
