**Covid review I stayed here for two nights and had the best experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Andy and Liza. The rooms have plenty of space and they not only have bathrobes but slippers too! The personal fitness studio is a creative and ingenious way to allow guests to still workout. The bath fit two comfortably and they provide bath salts. I only regret not seeing this place without COVID restrictions. There was no room service option but the staff (re: Andy, Liza, and the Asian gentleman at the front desk in the mornings whose name I cannot recall) did their very best to accommodate. Highly recommend!
We chose to spend Christmas Eve in this beautiful property and we were so glad we did! We live in Seattle and this gave us the opportunity to see the city in such a luxurious and comfortable spot. The Space Needle at our feet, jaw dropping! I am so glad we made the decision for a little luxury and comfort, you will be too.
Upon arrival we were greeted with fabulous service. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and throughout our stay it felt like home. The rooms were cozy, clean and very comfortable. All staff practiced and encouraged social distancing and never did we feel unsafe as multiple times we witnessed staff disinfecting throughout the hotel. In addition, the hotels location is perfectly placed around great restaurants making it easy to walk to and from the hotel. Pan Pacific held up to its reputation as being among the best of the best, we highly recommend staying there. Thank you Pan Pacific for an awesome stay! We’ll be back again.
I've never had to rely on a hotel's hospitality more than my 10 night stay at the Pan Pacific. For various reasons, we wound up having to come here from the hospital with our newborn son which was stressful to say the least. One of the managers, Alex, made sure to go above and beyond in terms of making sure we had everything we could possibly need. The front desk staff were all aware of and helpful to our situation which was fabulous. As for the hotel itself, I felt comfortable regarding the ongoing pandemic and their safety measures and while their room service was shut down, being able to walk downstairs to Whole Foods made that fact kinda irrelevant to us. The hotel isn't in the heart of downtown but isn't more than a 20 minute walk to Pikes Market and other local landmarks. The rooms are nice and very spacious but are beginning to show their age a little bit (one of our thermostats and one of the toilets wouldn't work). We were also here with our two dogs which wasn't too difficult considering there was a little strip of grass right across Terry Lane for their bathroom needs. We also had a balcony suite and put some pee pads out there for the middle of the night which worked great. I've stayed in various hotels across Seattle and while the Pan Pacific isn't the most upscale in the city, it certainly felt like home which is difficult to find anywhere you go. We'll be staying here when we return!…
I absolutely loved our pre cruise stay at the Seattle Pan Pacific. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. We are ready to book again for 2021 as soon as they re-open... into a one bedroom space needle suite.
