When I booked this hotel for my first solo midst of COVID adventure I was expecting just your average Hilton, but the front desk really was exceptional. Ann was nothing short of amazing. She was so friendly and caring. She text asking if the room was cleaned up to COVID standards and made sure I was comfortable. She offered suggestions and directions when I went out to visit the space needle. She was truly one of a kind. The rooms are clean and spacious. I felt at ease knowing that the rooms were spotless. The location is perfect I was literally able to walk or take the train everywhere I needed to go. The lobby and restaurant area were decorated beautifully and again very CLEAN. When checking out there was another gentleman (can’t remember his name) who was just as kind as Ann. I didn’t think it could get any better, but I was pleasantly surprised. How did they end up with 2 extraordinary front desk workers! Overall, the stay was great and I would love to come back and visit again just for the wonderful customer service that was provided.

This place was great! We only stayed for one night but it was a nice place to stay. Great location within walking distance of Pike Place Markets and many cafes. Really nice hotel interiors and clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I think it’s poor getting guests to pay for parking (esp >$30 a night) but that seems to be common at the Hilton’s.

I was stressed because of family matters so I checked in at the Hotel and I felt I made the right decision in choosing this Hotel Ana at the front desk checked me in and treated me like royalty.and made me feel good. She was so pleasant and kind and made me feel at home. She was so efficient .do I thought she was one of the executives of the Hotel. Everybody I encountered at the Front Desk were all pleasant alsoCindy the Lady who giave us our breakfast bag every morning was so sweet and so helpful she even gave us list of things to do in Seattle which were all very good. The Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area and we walk to Pikes market and the water every day. Thank you Ana and Hilton Garden Inn.

I recently stayed at the Downtown Seattle Garden Inn, and had a very low key relaxing stay. The management has done a wonderful job at getting the right people to represent them. Everyone one there are very courteous, and professional. Especially a gentleman named Victor working the front desk. I had a slight discrepancy with my final bill ( being charged $44 for beers when it should have been $28. Which happens not the end of the world). I called the hotel to inquire why had a charge for "beer" and "cocktails". Victor immediately got my details pulled up and noticed that instead of being charged $5 as beer, my hard ciders were charged $8.50 as cocktails. And wouldn't you know it, quicker than a whippet with a bum full of dynamite, Victor had it figured out, sorted and adjusted before I could even get a good rant going, lol. The property itself is very nice, but it is the fine folks such as Victor that make this hotel my go to spot whenever I need a room Downtown. Cheers to you brother, you're the best. Somebody promote this man, or at least start throwing more money at him and keep him happy. He would be a hard loss for you and a wonderful pick up for any company that would be able to steal him away.

Stayed here for a weekend in June. I had nice recently renovated room, AC worked well, but was a little noisy. I had fast free internet and large flat screen with a large selections of channels. Although it is 3 star, the room quality was definitely higher. It is around 15 min walk to Pike str. market. Highly recommend.
