Got to the hotel just after midnight, straight from the airport. The desk clerk was slow, unable to properly do her job, and rude. Got up to our room to find that neither of our key cards worked, and that we were just down the hall from the elevator. Since we needed to get the key cards redone we asked...

do not stay here in the summer. even in the anchorage summer, with outside temps in the 50s, the rooms are very hot. even with the AC cranked, and the curtains drawn. the clerks apologized but said this is a problem of the entire building. the best they could do was offer an electric fan.

Comfortable room, great view and we had a corner room that allowed us to see Mt. Denali in the morning. We did not see it at Denali Nat. Park due to weather the past three days before coming to Anchorage on our tour. The lobby restaurant was not good for dinner, but great for breakfast. Wait staff were awesome for...

My wife and I stayed 2 nights. Folks...this is a Hilton. A professional and attentive staff....but this place needs a rehab. The room was ample in size and functional, but shabby. The walls were fraying on the corners and the carpet had that "musty...needs to be replaced" smell and look. When I consider what I was paying, this hotel was...

Just be sure to ask for room away from thundering nightclub noise in the form of throbbing intrusive base pounding until the wee hours of the am. Hotel was great, outside noise was disturbing. The room was quite nice, very dependably Hilton, with nice amenities. Staff was professional, generous, helpful, and friendly but not patronizing. Chris, at concierge desk was...

This Hotel must have been lost in vapor lock for the last 30 years or more. Extremely dated and understaffed. Great young staff of mostly europeans without much leadership. I never at one moment felt I was in a Hilton Hotel.

The location of the hotel is very nice and close to train station and downtown. The hotel offer good information about Alaska and they have a lot of good tour plans. It is nice to take the train to Seward.

The staff were really helpful and gave me lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat around Anchorage. The rooms were unremarkable for that price point but all prices in Anchorage are higher than you'd expect in similarly sized cities in the lower 48.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and very good at their job, especially Carlette, the lady who works in the concierge lounge in the evenings, she is exceptional, she is a credit to the Hilton brand and provides excellent service and is always amiable and helpful.

We stayed here for one night as part of a land tour. The hotel was just ok. The room was 98% clean; the tub looked like it hadn't been given a good scrubbing in a while. The air conditioning didn't work real well because we had to crank it down low just to cool the room a little. Other people...
