I have stayed here many times and always book downtown in the Spring and Summer. Close to everything from renting bikes and hoping on the coastal trial to bars, restaurants, shopping and people watching. Always great service although it may be time for a remodel in the few years. The rooms are clean and I love the Mountain and inlet...

I booked independently after the end of a tour so I was able to select the room of my choice and be recognized for my Hilton Hhonors status, so that helped a bit I think. The staff were responsive and friendly. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I was in a room in the taller tower rather than...

Checked in late on a Saturday night, before I even opened the door I could hear music and bar sounds. Walked in to the 4th floor room to find a notice on the floor that said if noise coming from the bar across the street was disturbing then I should contact the Anchorage police plus 3 other agencies ( see...

We arrived after 10pm and got checked into our hotel to find that they had given us two double beds for three adults. Housekeeping was rather slow to bring the rollaway bed and the towels and toiletries for a third person. Also, we were supposed to receive our tour envelope at the front desk at check-in but didn't receive it...

Beautiful facility. Our room was terrific and comfortable, and what a fantastic view of the harbor! We loved watching the sunset. Breakfast dining was superb. The staff was great and the food was fantastic. Check in and check out was great. We had such a great experience that we came back two days later and stayed again.

I arrived past midnight after a very long day of travel and the 2 people at the front desk first ignored me. When one of them finally turned her attention to me she scowled. I clearly was annoying her by wanting to get into my room. The hotel decor is both bland and tired. The Club lounge was not open...

The hotel is old; carpet is musty smelling. The plumbing works poorly. The tub/shower does not drain water properly. You will end up standing in dirty smelly bath water. Many in our group became ill during our stay.

We stayed here twice - the first was coming in from Talkeetna and then on the night before our Home Trip. It's a lovely Hotel which we easily walked up to from the station / Depot even at our age and hogging two cases and a rucksack! Our rooms in the West Tower were on the Seventh Floor and, on...

The hotel is centrally located. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go, including the railroad station, restaurants, and parks. Check in and check out were seamless. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I got a great deal by booking weeks ahead. Just FYI, if you're a really light sleeper, the horns from the railroad station (when...

The hotel has excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for my daughter and I. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The views from the lounge are spectacular and my daughter enjoyed the bears in the lobby.
