From the time I walked through your doors til I left everyone was helpful. They had a smile on their face and very welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, various types of stores and the 5th Avenue Mall.

I stayed here for a business trip, it was a good location except for the funny corner entrance. Parking with valet is extra, but nice to not have to worry about it. The lobby is nice, there is a restaurant but I didn't eat there. The lounge is open late and serves food late which is great since flights into...

Hilton Anchorage, Alaska top quality. Beautiful views of inlet, low noise levels. Room was Inlet view with king bed, appeared small but very clean and accommodating. Professional staff, excellent service and very friendly. During the stay there were several high school students staying in the hotel, noise levels were very low and tolerable. Conference and board rooms clean and professional....

The helpfulness and attitude of the staff is the number one factor for me in my hotel experience. The staff at this Hilton were top notch. We were there for an Alaska CTSO conference which had over 700 high school students in attendance. The staff never appeared annoyed or put out by all those teenagers! I brought 14 students who...

A volcanic eruption in the Aleutian Islands created an opportunity for me to stay at the Anchorage Hilton. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding of my plight. I ended up staying two nights. Nice to know that Hilton is always there when I need it!

Our group arrived for a week's stay at the Anchorage Hilton for the week of Fur Rendezvous 2016, leading up to the ceremonial start of the Iditarod 2016 in Anchorage. Although this hotel is not official headquarters for either event, it is a spectator's staging point for all downtown events, dining, drinking and carousing at the annual Miner's and Trapper's...

This hotel was initially chosen based on location and the fact they offered the government per diem rate for a room. Upon arrival, I was very frustrated with the parking situation and almost changed hotels solely based on not knowing where to park to check in. Turns out that valet is the only viable option if you have a car....

This hotel needs to be updated BADLY. The heater made noises all night. It gave an overall old feel to the stay. It is downtown so it is only a block away from a bar. Try not to stay at if it is close to a holiday or close to the weekend. Stayed there St. Patrick's day and Friday so...

I was part of a group booking and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly. In no time at all they knew who I was. A special mention must be made of my floor housekeeper, Brenda. She became a friend! The rooms are pleasant, the beds are extremely comfortable, and amenities more than adequate. Dining wasn't quite...

Great Experience. Located right down town. Super helpful and friendly staff. The Hilton Honors app is very easy to use allowing me to check in and chose my own room from a list of available rooms. I chose the electronic key option so I didn't even need to check in at the desk. The only downer was the limited parking...
