The hotel was decent enough in all respects, nothing to be alarmed or upset about. Good airport transfer service even after midnight, remember someone in s staying up doing this job. Breakfast room was a bit small but ok selection included.

I apologize on behalf of my team. When we had spoken over the phone and the issue that was addressed to me was about not receiving a refund. After some research, there was proof that a cash advance was taken. You did receive a cash advance and got the $90.00 refunded. It was an exception for you to receive the cash advance as a form of refund with a Card Payment because our policy does not allow cash advance. The employee was spoken to within 24 hours of the incident because the employee was not allowed to give the money back in cash form (cash advance). The amount charged on the card was supposed to be refunded back to the card and would have taken a few days or depending on your bank, 14 days. To help you out, a cash advance was given to you with your signature that you received it. The hotel does not allow fraud, lying, or cheating. Also the hotel does have the right to refuse service if the payment was unable to be collected with the incidental security deposit upon check in. Unfortunately, our security does not work or is affiliated with the front operations. The issues have already been resolved, therefore no other actions will take place. We apologize for the inconvenience, as mentioned in this statement and over the phone, we were able to accommodate you with a cash advance. Thank you for taking your time to express your thoughts.
