We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the little touches which made this hotel a bit different from others we have stayed in recently. Free drinks for an hour 5.30 - 6.30 every evening was very pleasant - lovely cold Zinfandel wine just did the trick....More
OK...it's a neat old hotel which we like and very conveniently located to the Market and downtown. Staff by and large was excellent and the bar/restaurant is funky and very good. Valet parking worked well and they didn't damage my car which was important (They...More
Stayed here with a group. The staff was very friendly and efficent. We had a small maintenance problem and the maintenance man was there within five minutes of reporting it. Only complaint is I dropped a piece of cookie on the floor the first day...More

Hotel only has valet parking (not too uncommon in downtown locations, since parking is scarce). Parking appears to be $20 per night (about normal in small-town downtown). Unlimited in and out, but may want to work with valets by tipping as appropriate. Parking on street is metered until 9 PM. This was changed in recent past (I think) ... so plan accordingly. But valet parking is secure, so may be worth it to most people. Valets are usually pretty attentive, but come and go times can be busy. Hotel does have some local courtesy shuttle runs, first-come, first serve. Probably limited to a couple miles. Long answer to short question.
