Just a short hop from the Cozy Dog Diner and we just had to call in here as we were trekking along Route 66. Lots of memorabilia, artefacts, cars, posters, flags, gas pumps, etc. Shame we didn't get to stay here as we would have loved to...next time!

When this came up in google as a possible hotel in Springfield to stay at, I said "let's do it". It sounded cool. We asked to see the room before booking the room. It was adequate, huge, and had a scent that was like stale smoke covered up. When we actually got back to the same room to check in,... More

This hotel is awesome. On St. Joseph St., very good area, short driving distance to grocery stores, etc. Our room was extremely clean, and the towels we had were the best we've had so far on our trip! The showers worked very well, too. This hotel was close to the capitol. We spent the day downtown doing the historic sites.... More

We liked the fun aspect of this motel...the Rt. 66 theme. Additionally, we met a number of travelers who were following the Rt. from one end to the other, which was cool. Our room was spacious but the tub was grey on the bottom with one long dark hair and two short black ones the next. Can i tell you... More

We had planned a trip to drive Route 66, and we grossly misfigured how long it would take to do each leg of the drive. We had to change reservations last minute and ended up here. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was pretty clean. So we stayed. The rest of it is not. While there is a lot... More

We always stay here when we are in town, Friendly staff, always clean. Big rooms. Love the décor. Short drive to downtown. Close to Cozy Dog. You won't leave unhappy. They are pet friendly also. Prices are great as well.

We stayed here for one night with my husband while travelling on Route 66. It was hot day and we were glad we could jump in the pool even though it was almost 8pm when we arrived - the receptionist gave us the pool towels so we didn't have to use our own. The staff was friendly, there was a... More

The front desk person had poor customer service skills everyone that was in line he actually said which room they were staying in. I'm a female traveling alone and would not care for everyone in the lobby to know my room number...The rooms were smelly , bugs in the room and the bed sheets felt damp so i slept pn... More

I booked a kingsize bed on Booking.com instead got two queens. Ok... Whatever.. But one of the beds was just not ok, sloppy and bad mattress. Walked into the room and the smell was of wet towels. I realized the fridge was open, disconnected and actually had wet towels between the door and the carpet. Plugged in the fridge and... More

Clean, no frills, rt66 cool. Rooms had fridge and microwave. Laundry also. Lots of interesting Route 66 artifacts. Was the first Holiday Inn on Rt 66. Friendly staff. There is a large bar and banquet room. Also a pool. Plenty of parking. We had an inside room. A window to the outside would have been nice. Still-very quiet and good... More
