I am a frequent traveler both for business and for leisure. we stayed this summer in this hotel for 10 days and I wish I could extend it another month. the whole oI felt at home. the location is very handy, less than 10 min you will be at the beach with a lot of restaurants and cafes and private beach. the hotel has a very nice and clean swimming pool itself. the breakfast is exceptionally good. the staff are so friendly and helpful. the value for the money is excellent. we will definitely go back to this place next holiday.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had all necessities, including a terrace with beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and easily accessible. We had both evening meal and breakfast and all were absolutely faultless. The honeycomb display at breakfast was almost too good to eat! Would definitely return. Thank you!
The hotel view of the borgo of cervo is wonderfull. Is close of the old city by waking. Te breakfast is amazing and swimmingpool and garden very nice. The romms are correct. The're parking in the hotel.
I suppose cheap and cheerful would be in order for this hotel. We did laugh at the phone not being attached to any line and the fan which would have hit the fitted wardrobe if not being bent. Breakfast good best croissants ever. Staff friendly
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is good, and its a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are simple but nice. We got a good view from the balcony. Includes a pool and a small parking area. Friendly staff. The breakfast was standard i guess, but the staff ask you if you want anything extra like coffee and omelettes/pancakes. I enjoyed the breakfast. Would totally stay here again. The price was ok but we booked a couple of days before arrival so i guess it could have been cheaper if we booked earlier. You can eat and drink by the pool, the hotel serves ok lunch but nothing big. Would recommend «ai secoli bui» for dinner, a restaurant only 3 minutes walking distance away by the st anna church.
They call rooms, the floor below the dining room, "depandance" but are actually "garage." Can not stand the noise coming from upstairs. Wet and cold. The heating was off and you could not turn on manually. They turned on only after 20, after we complained (in March is pretty cold). In general I did not like and would not recommend.
We stayed here for a few nights on a road trip and found the hotel to be a bit basic, but really nice. The staff don't speak huge amounts of English, but we managed to understand each other fine and they were so helpful. The room overlooked the mountainside town of Cervo and the sea, which was lovely. It was the largest room we'd stayed in on our whole trip and included a balcony large enough to contain a table and chairs plus two sun loungers! The hair-dryer was a bit odd - one of those funny hotel ones that looks like a vacuum cleaner, but it wasn't very effective, so maybe bring your own. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The swimming pool was fine but the jacuzzi didn't seem to be working. Parking was right outside the hotel and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the sea front. The beach is busy and quite rocky, so we preferred the pool. It's worth a walk to the next towns of Cervo, which was beautiful, with winding roads and old houses - about 30 mins walk and Diano Marina - which was more restaurants and is a bit more lively than San Bartolomeo. We also drove to Monaco for the day (only about an hour away). The bar and restaurant at the hotel are good and reasonably priced, but be prepared that the pasta dishes are small as they are intended to be starters! The town was touristy but mainly with locals, so it made it more authentically Italian for us, which was great!…
This a good 3 star hotel but nothing remarkable. All very clean and pleasant, rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms are very good and clean. It caters for half board visitors who want comfort at an affordable price. There are set menus every night with 3 choices and it is preferred you decide the day before! Food was fine but another reviewer said it was big, not for us, starter buffet was the best part.( we had Groupon voucher so it maybe that the portions are reduced, which is understandable as you are getting a large discount) Service is good. We visited in mid May so the pool was not ready, we had hoped the small jacuzzi pool would be available but they started to clean it the day we left. There is nothing wrong with this hotel but it does not make you go "Wow".
We stayed at the Bellavista for 11 nights and although we were concerned it was to be a long walk to the sea and back, it actually only took 10 minutes at a leisurely pace.Lovely views of the sea and Cervo from a good sized balcony. The staff made us very welcome and did not make life difficult with silly rules and regulations! When we asked if we could use the pool before breakfast, there was no problem. The food was excellent but we had to be careful to avoid very large portions when the meal was served! The salad course as a starter was a meal in itself, followed by a potentially huge pasta course, then a tasty main meal and huge buffet dessert. All carried out in a relaxed but well organised manner.Judging by the number of returning guests, this is a place we should go back to!…
Just arrived home after spending ten days very enjoyable days at the Bellavista hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving information about the area and the best places to visit. The room was a good size with ensuite with a very large balcony with an amazing view of the medieval town of Cervo and the surrounding area with the Sea in the background. The hotel offers free bicycle hire which affords easy access within five minutes to a lovely promenade and free shingle beach area, as well as affording the opportunity to visit the local town and seafront of Diana Marina and Cervo in the other direction. The cuisine in the hotel was excellent with home grown produce from their own gardens. All in all we experienced a wonderful holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to anyone who wishes to experience a friendly and genuine Italian holiday.…
