Impressif, exclusif, incredible, enjoyable, beautiful, museum worthy, perfect...lost for words. Perfect service, very good contact to prepare the perfect journey. On request we got a private dinner with Michelin experienced chef ,Denis Brodini , in the room. The interior is beautiful, the room spacious and without a doubt the best price/quality suite you can obtain. Good assistance for local tourist info and restaurants. Safe Parking in double secured area. Honesty bar with quality products and even a wine shop. Car is needed for travelling to tourist destinations most not more than a 30 minute drive. Corona measures were extreme and make travelling safe as can be. Actually it makes the area about the safest place to be but will ask you to comply also with the local rules of wearing a face mask. If we could have , we would have given this hotel 6 stars for its beauty the service and the perfect maintenance and the kindness.

Thank you again to the owner, one of the 2 sisters, for helping us when my husband needed to be taken to the hospital. Very kind of you to come with us. Also, the hotel, the city and the breakfast were lovely!

We were in town looking for an ancestor who probably never set foot in Montechiari... Nicoletta, our lovely hostess, was very willing to help us unravel the mystery however, what I loved about Nicoletta is her innate passion for what she does. I felt that bringing 300 years of history back to life showed in her every move... Therefore, I have little to add... everything else was a treat.

What a wonderful hotel this is. Very sympathetic conversion from a private residence. Hotel retains many period features. Rooms very comfortable. Honesty bar is a nice touch. Lovely breakfast - staff attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Very warm welcome from receptionist too. Top notch and very reasonably priced too.

Exceeded expectations! First & foremost, our check in was A1... an extremely courteous & helpful receptionist- Chiara. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is beautiful, old & gracious. Tastefully decorated. Spotless. We only booked a standard room, which was lovely..we were given the top floor...no lifts here as it’s a listed building. Large double bed....great quality linen. Rooms are predominantly white...we had views over the garden/ courtyard. Great shower. Very quaint but nice bathroom. Very quiet. Slept so well. Ate at the little Trattoria down the red, Barbel(...?) basic, good Italian, no frills food. Breakfast was a delight.....beautifully presented... Great base to stay whilst visiting Lake Garda/ Verona/ Venice. .. once in this Hotel.....you’ll be charmed. Thank you to all who made a stay great. Room 314! M&S.
