This was our second trip to Boston as a family (young child). We stayed in Apartment #3 out of seven (or eight?) units, which had two separate entrances, one through the main entrance and the second via the fire escape. The latter definitely not recommended for those afraid of heights or with heels! There was a LCD TV, a DVD...

The apartment was gorgeous and the host was kind and a joy to make conversation with. The apartment was even larger than we expected, and was immaculate when we arrived. There were plates, cups and cooking utensils, pots and pans stocked in the kitchen, as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The location is literally a 3 minute walk from...

My husband, two teen-aged sons, and I stayed in number 7 of Frost House. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and convenient. Frost House is about 2 to 3 blocks from both the T (which can take you just about anywhere in Boston and the surrounding area), and a shopping plaza with a grocery store, wine shop, ice cream shop, Duncan...

Great value, great location, spacious, relaxed environment. Easily accessible by car or public transport, walking distance to Harvard Square. We enjoyed the comfort, the amenities and the feeling of being "at home". Only drawback was lots of stairs (equivalent to being on 3rd floor); great exercise, but not for the weak-kneed.

The accommodations at the Frost House were perfect for what I was looking for. Karen, the manager was very helpful. The room was large, clean, and bright with natural light from the many windows. Having off street parking was a real plus. I would stay there again. Colleen Fisher

WE stayed here as a family of husband, wife and teenage son. The set-up of the apartment with almost complete autonomy for our son enabled him to do what teeenagers do without disturbing us. Excellent arrangement. Others have commented on the noise from people moving around upstairs and we noticed it but it was not at all intrusive. Much less...

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay! We agree that the living room sofa is uncomfortable and will be replacing it shortly. Hope we’ll have a chance to welcome you back soon! Karin

This was a lovely apartment - fresh and bright, with carefully chosen furniture and decorations. A quote, placed opposite the entrance door, sums up well the philosophy of the place: "In our homes any items we have should either be useful or beautiful" (or words to that effect!) We ended up at this apartment after the one we originally booked...

The apartment is nicely furnished and the host very warm and friendly. The location is also very convenient, in a quiet residential street, but right next to the subway station and big shopping facilities and numerous restaurants. For those who prefer to sleep in the dark, the sleep quality could be improved if curtains or blinds were installed to allow...

We enjoyed our stay at the Frost House. Everything was clean and we had more than enough room to relax. We were a short walk to the subway line (T) and also the Cambridge bus down Massachusetts Avenue. Since there is no breakfast served at the bed and breakfast we found it helpful to bring our own coffee and cereal...

Frost House provided me with an alternative to a hotel for a months stay on a business trip. The apartment was comfortable and had all necessary amenities. There were no frills (old tv, slow internet, dated kitchen with limited supplies and used furntiture), but overall the apartment was clean and comfortable. Advandages: location - safe and close to Porter Square...

Thank you for your helpful feedback. We were very concerned to learn that you saw a mouse in the unit and took immediate action to address the issue. The problem has been eradicated and we have taken preventative measures to ensure that this will not happen again.
