My flight was delayed so I had to stay and extra night in Boston. I was exhausted an somewhat irritated but this staff member turned my mood around. Very kind and helpful! Need more people like this in costumer service. Made my stay a lot more pleasant. Thanks again....

Wow, what a find! Such a quaint and beautiful hotel! Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Close to the red line and many restaurants. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Will definitely stay here again while in the Boston area!

Me: former Boston resident of many years, now visiting the city to see family. My boyfriend: first-time visitor to Boston. I was looking for a well-priced hotel that would suit both of us, and the Kendall was the perfect choice. It had the history and funky charm that both of us craved, and importantly to me, it is located in...

I frequently travel to Cambridge and stayed in different places. Now I found my favorite one! Cosy, friendly, warm, clean... gives you the feeling you have a place to come home. I definitely come back!

We had a very clean room with a decent bed right across from the MIT CoOp. Breakfast was okay. The eggs and potatoes were cold when we were at the buffet, but plenty of choices for a free buffet. Free coffee in the lobby all day. Parking garage VERY small. Not suitable for SUVs. Small empty fridge in room for...

A hotel in an old firehouse! Fantastic stay at this gem in the heart of Kendall Square. T stop almost in front of the building. Rooms are clean, clean, clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is the basics, eggs, bacon, home fries with a delicious Muesli that has to be tasted with a waffle maker and assorted...

Great location, very close to the T and to MIT. The rooms are big, spacious, there's a warmth about it that makes you feel like home. Very helpful staff. Free wifi. Breakfast has plenty of choices, it would be better if the buffet was in the same room as the sitting arrangements, but that's just a minor thing compared to...

This is the 3rd or 4th time my wife and I have stayed at the Kendall. Each time I am more impressed with the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. Everything is totally thought through - appropriate, convenient, delicious. The included breakfast buffet - absolutely the best. Rooms - tight - with daily complimentary water bottles and welcome...

Felt like we were in a small, cozy country in, while in a fabulous location in Boston. The building (an old firehouse) has been beautifully restored; our room was large and well furnished; the downstairs lobby/sitting room with fireplace/cafe are welcoming and comfortable places to have a glass of wine, read the paper, and visit with friends. Breakfast buffet has...

Hello, thanks for taking the time to write such a sweet review! I love that you felt the hotel has the feel of a small inn while being so close to all that Cambridge and Boston have to offer. What a compliment! We hope that you and your family come again and continue to explore this great area. Cheers, Brenda

Colonial hotel in Boston close to all start ups in the area. Friendly personnel. Room was not big but had a good bed and a place to sit. I missed a desk to work on. The bathroom was okay but I missed an area to put my toileteries on. The breakfast was good with enough choice
