My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and found the place very nice and the owner extremely helpful. He gave us great tips for nearby beaches and nice places to swim. The location is perfect, near all the cafes and the river and also at the bottom of the old town near bigger streets where it is possible...

Emanuele was a very nice host and was available to help us when needed. The room was very large, nicely decorated and clean. The only reason that I have not rated this place higher is that the room was quite damp and cold, so much that our clothes smelled a little musty after staying there. It would definately benefit from...

We stayed in Sa Balza for 3 nights only but thanks to Emmanuel's recommendations we were able to experience Bosa and surroundings in the most authentic way. The guest house is located right in the heart of the old town and cafes, restaurants and Italian street life was on the door step. The room itself was very spacious, clean and...

Sa Balza was our best discovery in Bosa. Lovely spacious room, great service from Emanuelle - he gave us a variety of recommendations from where to get breakfast and dinner to which beaches to visit and where to take a panoramic picture of Bosa. The location is superb, convenient parking places near by, cutest little courtyard; overall great value for...

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about the town of Bosa. Sa Balza is an old town house with modernised, clean and comfortable rooms...we had a huge room with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and window looking out on to one of the narrow medieval streets. Emmanuel is a perfect host who gave us lots of advice and...

Emanuele was really friendly and had a lot of helpful hints for us. The location in the old part of the city is great and the room was absolutely clearn and comfortable: good bed, warm cover (it was still cold at night) and a good air condition.

SMS: "Dear Emanuele we will be arriving one day earlier. Is that a problem?" Well it wasn't a problem at all. The only thing Emanuele wanted to know was at what time we would be arriving. There he was, kindly waiting for us at his travel agency next door. This was the beginning of a wonderful time in Bosa. As...

We have just returned from spending a glorious week in the beautiful island of Sardinia. We booked into the Sa Balza guesthouse in Bosa for two nights at a very reasonable rate, but ended up staying for three. On arriving we were greeted by Emmanuel who spent about 30 minutes showing us our room and answering our many questions about...

“We had the room that faces the little street at the back. It was very quiet, clean and spacious. The cold and dampness made it uncomfortable. perhaps it would be better in warmer weather, as everything else was great.”
