Front desk clerks were cheerful and pleasant. Rooms clean and beds fairly comfortable. Elevator to rooms not heated but with only a few floors isn't too bad. BUT this is a very noisy place. Lots of college age kids who come in at wee hours of the morning and act like it's mid afternoon. Slamming doors, yelling and partying. It...

I stayed here because I was working an event at the nearby Tsongas Center and had a very early next morning. We did a late check in as we were working setting up electronics until almost 10:00 at night. I was very pleased with the room. I would compare it favorably with any of the mid priced national chains. Everything...

I was checking in here with two of my friends from having a great night of visiting the cultural interior of Lowell's bars and eateries. We were not drunk but merely near or over the legal limit, and as an added bonus I love the pampered feeling. needless to say I felt less than pampered. The staff who were on that...

Liz was the desk mngr that helped me out. She was kind enough to show me the room before I checked in. She also gave me advice on where to grab some good food and a drink. She was awesome! Thank you Liz!!

My first and currently only one star. Sorry, but my overall experience was awful so much so I even emailed the management. The facility looks nice enough, I was in for a private function. The room was plain looking but not offensive to the senses. Our courses were a house salad, statler chicken breast with artichoke cream sauce, green beans...

It is never enjoyable to hear from someone who had a negative experience at our establishment. The scenario you described taking place at the rehearsal dinner last month clearly describe a negative experience. Let me first thank you for taking the time to provide your personal feedback. From the interaction you had with the banquet serving staff, to the less...

Very professional assistance. Receptionist worked the extra mile to find a feasible option based on the immediate needs. Great location (in town) with easy access to multiple locations. The parking is safe and in the premises for immediate access. Thanks Liz!

Turns out Lowell is not a bad little city. An effort to revitalize the downtown mill area is leveraging the assets of a canal infrastructure and cool old brick mill buildings. The UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center is about the only hotel in downtown and while it's long in the tooth, it's a convenient location, the rooms are clean...

A very nice property that could be a great alternative to pricey Boston. I did not get the chance to see the area due to engagements but the hotel was clean, spacious room, very good complimentary coffee and very cordial taff

The personnel were helpful by phone prior to arrival and at the front desk. The room was neat with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I was right in downtown Lowell with proximity to the local highways. Off hour it is a quick trip into Boston and a short ride into New Hampshire. Parking was conveniently located in front of...
