Ustica is a wonderful " natural museum" and the hotel is located in the perfect spot with a jawdropping view, very close to the few wonderful bays in which it is allowed to bath and enjoy the sea life as it should be. We experienced a wonderful time with a great reception service. The animation very active and competent made... More

The hotel is placed outside the village of Ustica around 15 mins by car. There is a trasfer that can bring you there for 1.5 Euros. The pool, with sea water, is beautiful and with a short walk you can reach the sea. Room are nice even if some point should be fixed. The room had the airconditioning while there... More

My family and I stayed for a week and had a good time at Punta Spalmatore. The food is great and varied. The staff are really service-minded. If you need anything they will do their best to get it for you. Also it is very italian in every way which, if you go to Italy, surely must be part of... More

We booked a room last minute via booking.com and didn't know what to expect. The photos on the website looked good and according to booking.com the service would be in English. Sadly enough there was only 1 person that could speak English and was able to help us. The room was outdated and the toilet was constantly running plus they... More

I visited this hotel for one night during June - which I assumed would be peak season - and found the hotel to be mostly empty, which was more surprising once we toured the hotel. We decided to rent one of the bungalows for 10 euros more than a normal room, and we were shown to our own private bungalow... More

I went here in July 2012 with my family and two friends. As an Irish family, we did not speak Italian. On our arrival with many other guests it took us 2 hours to get our rooms which was ridiculous. Finally getting to the room, it needed a serious renovation along with the rest of the hotel. It was dark... More

You should know that they blast tacky Italian pop music from 9am until 2am with a 3 hour break at siesta time. When we complained, they nastily replied that they would not stop the music because we were the only ones who didn't like it? It was at midnight with nobody on the dance floor. They refused our request to... More

This hotel has maybe seen it's best days. The architecture is a little bit old-fashioned and some minor things could maybe be repaired. But the stuff is totally friendly, most of it fluent in English and are very helpful. Although some parts of the hotel could be renovated, the room and the pool was very clean. The hotel was designed... More
