I can see why Tarrah is in this industry. She's excels at customer service! It's obvious that she enjoys her work while helping her guests have a great experience. The staff were all helpful, and I had a relaxing stay.

The customer service has been terrible. I booked through marriott.com and canceled there 5 days in advance. The property charged me for a day anyway, even though it was clearly stated that there was no charge if canceled within 48 hours.
