Absolutely loved the character of this historic hotel. Staff was very friendly. Style and design were classical, obviously, but bathroom amenities in particular were very modern. A small bit of noise from the room above. Only offered parking is valet, for $18, which I don't think is outrageous. Definitely recommended for a downtown stay.

The Inn is an interesting structure comprising a row of houses dating to the ante-bellum period. Front rooms face the street while the back has four floors of open balconies overlooking a central court and several smaller buildings which house other rooms. It's situated at an easy walking distance from the centre of town and most of the historic attractions....

Driving through Richmond for one night, Linden Row Inn was the perfect place to stop. Easy off 95, coffee shop attached to the inn. Very comfy room with well appointed bathroom. Great staff. Dinner at Perly's around the corner was fab.

Great location, useful shuttle service and attentive staff. Interior common rooms vintage vibe, outside space could be much improved with plantings, architectural refinements. The Urban Farm store provisions are convenient and reasonably priced, but espresso was bitterly undrinkable and self/serve patrons are confronted with gratuity screen when paying at cash register, a movement that needs to be nipped in the...

The Linden Row Inn is a pleasant historic inn well located in Richmond. It is eclectic in a good way with a variety of room types and locations. Staff is cordial and rooms are comfortable. Nice outdoor tables and chairs for enjoying good weather. The adjoining cafe is independently owned and a work in progress - it is new to...

I stayed at the Linden Row Inn a few weeks ago for 3 nights visiting friends/family. I will definitely stay here again. The staff is phenomenal, made me feel at home. Beautiful establishment. its as if there was insufficient funds to renovate properly: wallpaper peeling; bathroom flooring not at all in keeping with the periodicity; a carpet in the bedroom that seemed to have been chosen to gather and hide dirt.......the bedroom had the high ceiling and the room, was a good size but the room totally lacked the charm that should have...

We were in RIchmond for a funeral. It was wonderful to come "home" in the evening to such a lovely place to stay, greeted by friendly staff. It was also incredible to have the Urban Farmhouse below where we could receive delicious food and drinks morning or evening. We will definitely stay at Linden Row Inn on any future trips...

We love staying at the Jefferson when we're in Richmond, but we don't spend enough time in our room / the hotel to make good enough use of the amenities to justify the price tag. Our room was beautiful, and the inn is located in great spot, convenient to many venues in Richmond. Great staff, too -- friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed breakfast in the little cafe that is part of the Inn. They have outstanding eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches.
