Carla was wonderful, an absolutely amazing host. We spent 2 nights at the B&B and loved absolutely every moment of it. Breakfast was very generous and very yummy, the pastries made by Carla were beautiful. When we arrived late on the first night, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine, then a bottle of the local red, exactly...

From Bagira the dog's friendly wagging as we exited the car, to Carla's wonderful smile greeting us Bed & Breakfast San Marco was our home away from home. In the middle of vineyards and sunflowers, with the nearest neighbor a mile away - (a car is necessary) - B&B San Marco was the perfect place for us to explore the...

Carla and her family (including the doggies) were wonderful hosts and the bed and breakfast is a fantastic value. The setting is tranquil, the location is central to access many of the towns and wineries in the area, and the breakfasts were always made with love! Carla really took care of me. She was very patient and spent time providing...

If one of the aims of your vacation is the wine tasting, that's a very good address. The B&B, a farmstead in the neighborhood of Montefalco, is owned by Carla who will be more than happy to suggest some wineries outside tourist routes, thus cheaper and more genuine. Just to make an example, while having a yummy breakfast one morning...

In the quiet landscape just outside Montefalco we stayed with Carla. A lovely place to relax and very good for exploring the cities in Umbria(Spello,Todi,Spoleto). We had a good and very tasty breakfast and Carla is wonderfull in good advice about nice restaurant. You should ask her for good ideas.

We loved the 5 days at San Marco b and B. Carla and Phillipe are warm, open, generous and helpful- perfect hosts. We did not want to leave! And they washed our clothes for free. Breakfast were unusually full for this part of Italy- you even get eggs! Where else can you get omelettes with wild asparagus picked that morning? The...

I stayed at the B&B San Marco with my father and brother for two nights in August. We'd been to Italy before, but my brother and I had never seen Umbria. What a perfect stay it was! Carla was a pleasure to chat with and helpful to a fault, and her family is wonderful (including their dog, Mowgli). The B&B...

We stayed here for several nights in May. Somewhat rustic cottage type accommodation which because of the rainy weather was a little damp. We didn't get fresh towels daily which meant they were also damp from our last shower. That having been said Carla and Phillipe are most charming accommodating hosts. We managed lively conversations in a combination of English...

Carla provides everything you need for a perfect holiday. She is very personable and looks after any need you may have and makes excellent recommendations for your stay. Her breakfasts are delicious. We stayed for 5 nights and always felt we had our privacy, yet she invited us down to join the family for dinner one night. I cannot imagine...

We were a group of 8 and spent three nights at the B&B San Marco. The B&B is surrounded by peaceful countryside and beautiful vineyards. In the evenings it's possible to sit outside in the garden and admire the greenery. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The decor is rustic and very pretty and tasteful. The hostess,...
